She's all about mindset, mood, ambience n feels... so the first part of treatment is a mini head n shoulders massage that helps you shed the all the stress that you don't want on you when you're trying to relax! And you get more of that treatment during the shampoo. It's sweet therapy. My usual service needed is coloring my roots. Kim is great to make sure the tone n coloring is precise as desired. I was so happy when the salon was reopened during Covid. Omgosh, after quarantining for months my head was a mess! But it was a return to some normalcy in the midst of a crazy world. And Kim is dedicated to make sure all the Covid safeguards are followed for herself and her patrons. So no worries. She only allows herself and one patron in at a time. And she conveniently provides a mask. So you can put your custom one away for the appointment. She also opens the windows as well as has the AC going so there is plenty of constant, fresh air flow. A personal wellness check and agreement must be filled out and signed online before coming in and then also at the door to make sure the virus stays out as possible.
