She only does hair extensions (she does do a trim to blend extensions) and not color or other services. She does several types of extensions so she will fit you with the best extensions for your needs. She put me in dreamcatchers and several months in they are a dream. Silvana is not in a fancy high end salon atmosphere but it is clean and comfortable. She has a partner she works with to get your extensions in and moved quickly and easily. I find her service and prices to be spot on. Good extensions are not cheap but they can last for a year if taken care of properly. I am very happy to call myself a client!

Since having extensions I've noticed a drastic increase in strangers hitting on me, the execution was absolutely seamless, and I've been to other professional hair stylists since getting them (just for hair styling) and none of them were able to tell I had extensions until I explained that I did. Not only that, but I've also seen a tremendous improvement in the growth and quality of my natural hair underneath. The price was also very reasonable: $600 ish for the hair weft itself (this is basically a once a year cost) $200 for installation (every 8 weeks or so) Sarah also cut, toned, styled, and did a conditioning treatment on my hair to perfectly match the extensions. She actually wanted the security number on the Groupon and raised her voice to us, like we were stupid, when of course the problem was her poor customer service skills. When she finally realized that she was wrong and needed the security number, NOT the Groupon, she didn't apologize, in fact after we grudgingly made an appointment, she brusquely just hung up. Because of illness, we attempted to reschedule. This same bitch (hate to say that about her, but that's what she was) said that she'd either have to charge us $25 or we'd have to forfeit the Groupon. We said fine, forfeit. Who would do business with someone who'd talk to you like that? Incredible that when someone is trying to use a business for the first time, they'd get treated so poorly. Obviously this woman doesn't need new clientele Fortunately Groupon has great customer service and when we contacted them, they refunded the amount of the Groupon. Seriously, whether this "woman" was having a bad day (every time we called?) or whatever, there's NO excuse for any business to treat anyone so poorly. Avoid this place like the plague.
