Chrissy and her team were the absolute BEST! They made my girls and I look so amazing on my wedding…read moreday! Chrissy made everything so extremely easy and smooth. I trusted Chrissy enough to do her own thing at the trial and my wedding day. I let my bridesmaids pick how they wanted hair and makeup and Chrissy's team did so great. I can never thank them enough. I am forever grateful Chrissy and her team made us look and feel so beautiful. She's such a fun person to have around on your wedding day!

I really wanted to be able to give Christy and her crew 5 stars but I just can't after what…read morehappened and I'm hoping leaving a review will prevent them from doing it to another bridal group in the future along will make future brides who use them aware of this. I'll start from the beginning... This wedding has been in preparation for a year. A whole year. Bride had a trial hair and make up and chose to get certain eyelashes rather than the lowest ones she had put on. She also had a beautiful half updo done with a braid and that was the decided hair style. Fast forward to wedding day: We were told to be ready early in the morning since we had roughly 9 people getting hair done and 8 of them getting make up too. Totally fine! When Christy arrived she brought 2 others with her , one doing make up one doing hair too. After flying through 2-3 hairs the other hairstylist rushed out and left leaving just two of them for all of us. Crunch time started and rushing began around 130 when the bride finally was taken in the chair. Literally only 30 min spent on her. Her make up turned out beautiful but the whole time we were hearing how stressed christy was and couldn't understand why. When it came to finish the brides hair she didn't do what the bride wanted and said it looks fine like this and rushed out. Leaving us all in puzzled. It turned out she had another bride to get to! She double booked and was running late for that one that she rushed out on us!! Make sense now why the first left so fast. Not even two hours later before the ceremony the brides hair fell out. Curls uncurled and she was devastated. Luckily we had a few hairstyle adequate woman on the bridal squad that redid her whole hair! She looked fantastic and was so thankful. For the cost and the rush of service it was not worth it at all. How do you double book and leave a bride hanging? I feel bad leaving this review but it is needed because this bride and bridal party were just rushed and left hanging feeling more like it was about the money and getting to the next job. It wasn't right and although they were nice I would not recommend them. They prob are great without all these issues. I am hoping they learn from this and don't do this do another bride and bridal party on what is suppose to be a very special day. It still was but only because of the woman we had who could fix hairstyles and make up at the venue.

I was really happy when they moved into Once Wild - everyone that I've interacted with has been super kind and helpful outside of my two stylists. I went back and forth a lot over what score to give Hanna at Skyline Coiffures and ultimately…read moredecided that 2 stars was the best I could do because she committed a cardinal sin the service industry when she didn't listen to what I told her. I went to Skyline Coiffures as a walk-in because I needed a last-minute hair cut. Hanna was available. She is very personable and chatty. Within a few minutes, I knew a lot about her. Probably more than I wanted to but I'm a private person so others may enjoy her openness. I told her generally what I wanted because I'm open to the creativity of hair stylists. However, I was VERY specific about what I did not want. I didn't want layers and I didn't want bangs. So, what did she do? She gave me layers and bangs and a haircut that would look amazing on a woman 20 or 30 years older than me. I can forgive for giving me a poor style or cut because, as I said, I only generally said what I want. I cannot forgive for giving me layers and bangs when I specifically told her I didn't want them on several occasions. In fact, when she cut the bangs, just before the scissors closed, I said, "you're not giving me bangs are you?" And she said of course she wasn't, I didn't want them. She called them something else. But regardless of what you call them, bangs are bangs and now I have to grow them out. So, if you are an older woman who doesn't care if you are listened to or not and want to know a lot of personal information about your stylist, Hanna may be for you. Otherwise, I say steer clear.
