I understand that people move on but when I asked where and why she was gone the girl who answered the phone kept evading my questions and kept talking really fast trying to push me toward another person. Okay, fine, I get that they're trying to book other people to keep the business afloat but the lack of professionalism and sensitivity was off putting. The thing is, people are highly sensitive about their hair, both men and women and finding just the right person to make you look good is a gruelling process. Finding out my person was gone without notice, without given a choice to follow her or choose another person still at the Oasis, lacked integrity. I feel like cattle, like a number. I hope the owner reads this and opts to change policy and hire someone a wee bit more professional to answer the phone.

They also have a stylist that does primarily men's hair who has her own room in case the main salon gets too loud for that clientele. This past weekend I got a spray tan from Maddie and let me tell you, she is GOOD. She was so respectful, and was very informative and thorough. It's been five days and I still have a glow. They offer a ton of other services that I haven't had the pleasure of doing yet, but knowing Andrea and seeing some of the outcomes online, I know they're great!

Madeline was very professional and took her time. She listened to me when I told her I didn't want to be too dark and chose the perfect formula for me. In addition, unlike other spray tan artists in the area, she made sure to cover specific areas that had tan lines. She made sure I had barrier cream, sticky bottoms for feet, and a hair net to protect my blonde hair from the spray. She was great! A few people complimented me on how nice my tan was and didn't even realize that it was a spray tan until I told them. I love it. Even my husband complimented it. She was awesome!

It's been years after a unpleasant experience that I've trusted my hair needs to anyone. With that said on a whim I visited Wild Hair in Brockport today as a walk-in client. It was an absolute joy to have met the stylist Emily B. whom assured me that I was in the right place. She was informative and empathetic to my nerves and vulnerability. I am highly impressed and would recommend this location and the service by Emily for future hair needs. I left feeling satisfied and at ease. Thank you Wild Hair for a great experience! I could tell from the look on my stylists face before the calls came in and then after that she was upset. Through and through, it seemed unprofessional.
