We all got the 90 minute massage with various add ons. They were able to accommodate all of us at the same time which was greatly appreciated. Some add ons to definitely consider are the hot oil head and scalp massage (you will look a little crazy after so be sure to plan to go home and have time to shower) but it feels amazing and is a unique option I have never been offered elsewhere. The hot stones and foot and paraffin wax were also very nice. I have had around 15 massages in my life and this one definitely ranked in the top 5, so we will definitely come back if we are ever in the area! i liked body and face when i was a student at geneseo. i loved getting massages here. however, i…read moregot some brazilian waxes here a few times and the results were never good. i bruised almost every time i went here, and they use the strip wax on your brazilian area and every other waxer i've gone to since has said that that is not good at all and it should be hard wax only. that explained why i would always have horrible red bumps after a wax. i've gotten many brazilians after body and face and they all told me the same thing and i've never bruised or had any sort of problem. so i like body and face as a whole, the people are nice, the products are good, but if you are getting a brazilian wax make sure it is only hard wax!!

Also, when I picked a color, a bright orange, the woman pulled down a polish she said was the color. I responded, no I don't think that is the same thing, the color she chose was pinker. To prove me wrong, she painted above the nail sample. I'm attaching a photo because how can you say these two are the same color? I kept saying I didn't want gel, I want dip powder and finally she agreed to it but was not happy about it. She moved so fast through the whole thing that she ended up cutting my cuticles multiple times so add some blood to this whole mess. On top of everything, they only accept cash for tips. No Venmos, no line to add for the credit card, only cash. Oh -- and the dip actually only lasted a few days before the first nail fell off. Not worth it to go here.
