We likely were their last massage of the day. We arrived early and mentioned it was our first time. The lady from the front showed us to the sunroom and locker room and personally showed me to my locker. She did not mention there is a sauna available without a special reservation. I unfortunately didn't see anyone around after our service to ask. I asked afterwards when we paid . This was quite disappointing, considering there's no hot tub for relaxing before a massage other than sitting in the sunroom on the lovely warm salt lamp for your feet. The massage was great. Be sure to ask for the scalp massage. The menu said online that with the 80 minute massage it was included, but I didn't receive one. I did ask for targeted service (neck etc) so perhaps that replaced the time. Enjoy post service bubbly in your robe in the sunroom! TLDR: ask for sauna location if you're unfamiliar. Consider booking before 5pm for best service.

She escorted me to the changing area, provided me with a robe ( so lucious you could melt into) & comfy slippers, then directed me towards the sunroof where I waited for my esthetician Amy. When I got to the treatment room, it was meticulous and fresh, what a 5-star experience should feel like. Amy is experienced. An absolute gem. As a wellness enthusiast, I have had massages from my local spa to the talents at the Ritz-Carlton spa's, and all over. I would rank Amy at the top! Willowbrook Spa is located on the property of The Lake House Resort in Canandaigua, NY. I will certainly schedule another appointment when I visit the property again! Thank you for making my experience memorable!

Her studio was very calming and she was professional and chill. Lisa has a lot of professional experience as an esthetician so the facial was wonderful. She gave a lovely facial massage which released all the tension from a long week. I made the right decision and upgraded to a gel mask which was sealed in extra hydration. To top it off she was lovely and chatting with her was a bonus. It was very easy to reach her and make an appointment. Her studio is located in the heart of the the village of Hamburg and there is plenty of parking. She also offers brow and lash services. I highly recommend her and will be back to try her other services soon.

I found Bare by Bree on Yelp and I can't say enough how I am over the moon. I will look no further. :) I am not the thinnest I've ever been and was concerned. Bree is kind and professional and I could not have had a better experience. She is friendly and conversational and, like any girl's girl worth her salt would do, reminded me that women are not all what we see on tv and that there would be no need to worry. What a relief - you are self-conscious to begin with and that left immediately with her down-to-earth professionalism and friendliness. I was hoping this wax would not be painful compared to sugaring, which is what I was used to. To anyone with concerns- whether it was Bree's skill or the product she used, it felt no different than sugaring and was not anything more than a small discomfort that immediately passed as you would expect from any service like this. I had not one concern or area in need of extra attention, and at my first appointment I received a small goody bag of after-care products. Her prices are very reasonable and her skill is excellent. She has appointments throughout the day, making scheduling around work a breeze & she is located within a salon. Her room is bright, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. If you are reading reviews because you need help finding someone for waxing or lashes, please trust me and book with Bree. She is excellent.
