Madeline was very professional and took her time. She listened to me when I told her I didn't want to be too dark and chose the perfect formula for me. In addition, unlike other spray tan artists in the area, she made sure to cover specific areas that had tan lines. She made sure I had barrier cream, sticky bottoms for feet, and a hair net to protect my blonde hair from the spray. She was great! A few people complimented me on how nice my tan was and didn't even realize that it was a spray tan until I told them. I love it. Even my husband complimented it. She was awesome!

They also have a stylist that does primarily men's hair who has her own room in case the main salon gets too loud for that clientele. I made an appointment to get my roots touched up with this salon after seeing that it was the…read morehighest rated salon in the town I just moved to. I was really looking forward to my appointment because not only did I make it for a root touch up, but I wanted an even brighter blonde than I already had. I get to my appointment, and the stylist quickly got started on bleaching my hair. The stylist put lots of bleach on my hair, her applying the bleach on my hair ALONE, took 2 hours. Everything was fine until she toned my bleached hair. I used to do my blonde hair myself at one point, so I know that toner sometimes dries super dark but leaves a beautiful blonde finish. I noticed the toner dried jet black. At that point, I began to worry. When she washed the toner out, my worst fears had been confirmed. The stylist had done the exact opposite of what I asked for. It was honestly a nightmare. I come in for a root touch up, and end up with my entire head looking like the root I wanted to touch up. My thing was, how are you going to douse my head in bleach and my whole head is black! I sat in the chair and cried as she did my blowout. When I told the stylist that I didn't like it, and that it wasn't what I asked for at all, she really looked in my face and told me she "fixed" my hair! Unbelievable! When it was time to pay I expressed how absolutely horrified I was at my hair. After having me sit down for about 15 minutes, maybe a little less, I told them I would pay as long as I can come back and get my hair fixed. They gave me a time for two days later and I went. I put this bad experience behind me and was looking forward to seeing the result. You can see the result for yourself. The new stylist that did my hair didn't even finish the blowout. This is one of the worst, if not the worst salon experience i've ever had. I will say there were other blondes getting their roots done, and theirs came out beautifully. I'm sad I didn't get those stylists. I will be going to sally's next time and doing my hair myself because I will not be coming back to jagged edges salon. Jagged edges indeed.

She was compassionate, responsive and sincere when I contacted her about correcting another person's work and all through our contact, up until our last texting. Our conversations made me feel taken care of and in good hands. The photos and reviews on her website are (mostly) great. She told me she does more corrections than initial liners. After two sessions with her I am sorry to say that she has the best of intentions but, in my case, did a very bad job. She didn't listen to me - twice - when I told her the liner wasn't even. (I showed her a picture from her own website as an example of what I would like. It's the picture below mine.) I went to her for a correction and to add the top liner. The bottom liner now looks worse than the original issue - and this is after the second session touchup that should have finished the corrections on the bottom. In our texting back and forth regarding this she said she could not understand why I came at her with such anger. She was right. I am angry. She also said that I accepted the results after looking in the mirror. She's right again - but ONLY AFTER TELLING HER THE BOTTOM WASN'T EVEN - BOTH SESSIONS - BUT BEING REASSURED BY HER THAT IT WAS AND IT WOULD EVEN OUT. It never looked right to me. I texted her twice after the second session about it not being even and she told it looked great and that I had to trust the process. I finally send her the "angry" text and told her I am getting a saline removal procedure to try to fix what she did and request a partial refund since the top line is OK. She responded that she offered a third session to fix this and that since I was so unhappy we should just part ways. I would not give her a third try after the second fail.
