Booked a gel pedi and it was pretty relaxing. May was the person who did my service. She is kind of a perfectionist and does a really nice pedicure. Throughout the pedicure she asked if anything was hurting or if anything needed to be fixed and was very thorough. I'll be requesting her from now on!

Ugh. I hate writing negative reviews. 4 stars- I had a 9am for a mani / pedi and a wax. The mani / pedi was fine. They were very nice. I arrived at 9 and they open at 9, so it took a minute for the woman to get organized. 2 stars - wax. I think the woman doing to wax hadn't arrived so they asked another woman to do the wax. They had me wait for about 20 min in the massage chair. No one came so I went with the other woman. There's no bed. The room is a little dark. The woman didn't turn on the lights. I was a little confused but figured she'd had a light. No light. No magnifying glass. She waxed each side once and told me she was done. She never showed me a mirror. I was so confused but I didn't say anything because I was still in shock. lol. I haven't had my eyebrows done since pre-covid and thought she might've just been really good? I was debating going back. I leave for Europe in 2 days though and I'm really busy running errands. I snapped two photos about an hour after I left. They look sloppy, they're very thin, and now I will have to wait for them to grow out and try to fix them again. :(

Destroyed my cuticle. I felt the pain and it started bleeding because she cut too deep in my cuticle. It would not stop bleeding for good 10 minutes. She kept trying to wipe my dripping blood with dirty rag I had to request her to get alcohol to sanitize. She gave me dirty bowl and water to put my finger in for minutes so it will stop bleeding. Thank god I didn't get infection. She then said sorry but added "you haven't done your nails for long time" trying to shift the blame to me. The picture doesn't look that serious but it took weeks for me to heal and my skin became wrinkly as a result. I still tipped 15% and she said " that's it?" I'm not kidding lol I cant remember her name but she wore glasses. I really wanted to love this place since its close to trader joes, but I will be going to nail shop next to this shop.

Drove by after seeing reviews. When you first walk in, you're greeted by really friendly nail techs. The salon itself is really clean and VERY relaxing. The music is calming and makes you feel like you're at a spa. I came for a manicure/pedicure and it was on of the most relaxing medi/pedis ever. Lisa did my manicure and May did my pedicure. They were gentle and very professional. I would highly recommend this fine establishment.

Very good service, very fast listen to what you want. Didn't hurt me at all when cleaning nails. I had Quy Vo and i will definitely come back again. The prices are very good it's a cute little nail shop i definitely recommend :)

I called to make appointments for 2 dip manicures and they gladly booked us for 12:00pm. Upon arriving they told us only one of us could get a manicure, and not until 1:00pm. They had taken a walk-in instead of honoring our appointment time. When we expressed our frustration they acted as if they were confused until finally agreeing they in fact only have one person who can do dip manicures, and never intended on taking us at noon. What's the point of making an appointment? Won't be coming here again. read more

I am absolutely loyal fan to Hailey's Nails! They are so courteous, professional, kind and patient. They do a great job in making sure that their nail service is done right. I also love how cute and airy this old little space is with a modern twist on interior décor. They have it nicely cooled with AC and though it is a small salon; it is the perfect size for me. read more

So I gave this place a great amount of patience due to the reviews. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure when I went. The gel manicure chipped the next day(in a matter of 2 days gel was peeling off), and I called to let them know and if they can squeeze me in to get it fixed before I go on vacation. Hannah told me to text her a picture of my nails. I did so, and she apologized and said she cannot fix it that day but will give me $50 off next time. I messaged her that I would like to get a pedicure, and she asked me what day after I responded she did not respond. I decided not to bother her during a busy weekend and went in today (Monday). Hannah was not there, but showed proof of what we discussed. The girl who assisted me saw the message but confused due to the price difference of a gel manicure ($35). I told her I can just get a pedicure and call it even. As another lady seats me for my pedicure and starts to take of my current nail color off. She tells me I pay today and get the discount when Hannah is back in town (in 2 weeks). I told her to stop the pedicure because it will be pointless. I now have unpolished toes that now show polish damage to my toe my nails. I go back into work tomorrow, so I find this unprofessional and even as they ladies apologized it is definitely not how you run a business. From a payback of $50 that went to $35, and I was willing to do a $33 pedicure. To be told I have to pay and next time with the hope Hannah is around to honor my next visit does not make sense. I will no longer be comfortable spending my money here. read more

Great service! I was driving down South Pasadena and saw their $25 Pedicure sign and decided to make an appointment. They were able to take me in that same day. My pedicure was done by Gloria (I think! I may have misheard). Never have I ever received a callus removal treatment like the way she provided. She didn't just rub randomly, she was feeling out my skin and was targeting specific areas that really needed it! Because of that, I will be definitely returning here for her pedicure service. AMAZING!!! read more

I got a hard gel manicure and regular pedicure at this nail salon. The pedicure was fine. I asked the nail tech who did my manicure to not cut my cuticles as it generally results in redness and peeling in the days afterwards. At first she agreed but then she insisted on cutting them, so I went along with it. So of course the skin around my nails looked terrible for days afterwards. Additionally, gel layer was too thick, and my thumb nail polish nail chipped the next day (never had that happen before) and the gel on my pointer finger started to peel within 2 days. Overall, my nails looked very meh. Will not be returning. read more

The best nail salon I've ever been to! The ladies who work there are not only sweet and friendly, but they do an EXCELLENT job on my nails. They take their time, paying attention to every detail and making sure you are comfortable. I don't feel rushed and they aren't scrambling around to finish for the next client or walk-in. They stick by their appointment schedule so you never have to wait! It's a small salon with three chairs and two tables, which I like so it's not crowded. It's very clean and bright too. Always make an appointment first or call before heading over! I don't suggest walking-in as they get booked pretty quickly. read more

Wow! Excellent service! Their work is hands down the best I ever had!!! So happy with the results! They fixed a horrible dip powder job I got at a another nail salon and did exactly what I wanted. Also got a fantastic pedicure. This is my new favorite salon in the area. They also accommodated me last minute on a Friday, and the entire team is so nice and friendly - I hugged everyone when I left! read more

They have new and very nice spa massage chairs, got a great little massage. I got the basic pedicure ($23) and manicure $17. They do charge $1 to use plastic, grr,, but I don't super mind, since they did a great job. (Tipped in cash, natch). The decor inside is charming, and everything is new and clean. They were very accommodating, when I said the lighting in there was a tad SUPER bright for me and I should have brought a hat (not complaining, but just, you know, taking a verbal/mental note), they turned off some of the lights. They give a great little massage with the mani/pedi, quite strong, which I appreciated. read more

I just tried this nail salon and loved it! Right now they have a special for a $25 pedicure. I live in the area and took a chance at walking in with no appointment and they were able to accommodate my gf and I. Someone else walked in and they accommodated her as well, seems like they try their best to work with you. They have 2 nail stations and 3 pedicure spa chairs. The place inside is incredibly clean and modern looking. I loved the ambiance of the salon, the brick wall and how it was decorated. I came the day after thanksgiving and loved that they were playing holiday music. It was so cozy and I really enjoyed my time here. They have many different polish and gel colors to choose from. A gel mani was $35 but mine was more with the French tip. Hannah did my mani and pedi and she was gentle, got to all my cuticles and did a beautiful thicker french tip just how I like it. She does acrylics too and I plan on someday trying them out. I will for sure be back. read more

I am surprised by the reviews here. My experience wasn't great. In fact it may have been the worst pedicure I have ever received. I felt like everything was nickel and dimed. A basic pedicure with a 4 minute massage was extra, even though most places include this. Since the massage is my favorite part, I paid the extra. This was useless because the massage was mechanical at best. The technician also used only one coat of color and no protective coat (probably to save money) so the finish was chipping within a week. When I paid with my card, I was charged a surcharge because I din't pay with cash. I can't see myself returning. read more

Great little place next to Massage Envy in South Pasadena. Very small studio - 3 pedicure chairs - 2 nail stations - don't let that stop you - this place was super clean, well managed and they did a great job with my nails and the customer service was excellent. Good vibe. Nice ladies who work there. ALSO. They let you add the tip to your credit card - finally! $1 charge to use a card. No biggie read more

So glad to Yelp and find a highly rated nail salon within walking distance across the street from TJ. We made an online reso the night before. We walked in at 11 am and quickly greeted by Jenny (I think). We already had an idea of the type of gel and design we wanted. Jenny and Lily were thorough with the pre polish. Taking their time to file and remove cuticles and hand nails. I don't think any salon has ever taken this much time before. They also buffed out our nail bed for smooth application. DD has a cat eye gel which she was so fascinated with. Jenny matched the color of the picture spot on. Also, I wanted a leopard print design. Lily did the red on alternating fingers and Jenny did the actual design. Wow. So impressed that she did this bloom gel technique that matches the picture I showed her too. Even the base of the tan was spot on. So impressed with the whole experience and couldn't be happier. It's been 5 days and both our manicures look pretty fresh still. I am now a believer of gel manicure and will only be doing them vs regular manicures from now on thanks to this salon. If I lived down here, this would definitely be my go to nail salon.

Pratima is my hairdresser and does a great job with color, cuts and blowouts. Nina is the owner and she does my manicures and her sister does my pedicure. My nails (gel) lasts until I decided to have them redone and the pedicures and really the best around. If you've been looking for a new salon to call home, try out Dynasty and let them know I sent you.

They unfortunately did not have the shade I wanted but they did offer to improvise to get as close to the shade as possible. I wanted a midnight blue shade so they tried to use a black base and top it with a dark blue/green color. It's not the shade I hoped for but it came out ok. I did appreciate how well she glued on the Gel extension nails and filed them.

The ladies were so nice that my friend ended up getting a gel manicure, deviating from her die hard nail tech who works in Chino Hills. The lady who did my friend's manicure was so kind that she asked for her when we came back today. It was not the same lady who did her manicure last time and this time, we had the complete opposite experience. Also, the lady who did my friend's manicure last time was significantly younger and kinder. My pedicure came out just fine and the lady was kind enough. But Elsa who did my friend's manicure was an absolute nightmare. My friend uses her natural nails and wanted them almond shaped with a slightly more narrow point. Not stiletto, just slightly more tapered. The woman who did her nails last time nailed it. Elsa not so much. She ranted and raved about her nails and said she could not make them "pointy". My friend didn't ask for pointy or stiletto, just tapered. The issue was Elsa's tone and demeanor. She was blatantly rude about having to shape her nails. She was loud and condescending to the point where the kind woman working on her pedicure had to tell her to stop in English, and just give her what she asked for her. After that Elsa was just a bitch. Point, blank, period. She began talking loudly in Vietnamese to her coworkers, holding up my friend's hands and laughing. When it came time for my friend to pick the color, Elsa became louder and more rude. She kept speaking in Vietnamese and only saying "bubble bath" in English because my friend wanted a light pink color. My friend even inquired about the nail color Elsa was wearing because it looked pretty and said it's MY NAIL COLOR! My friend was confused because it didn't make sense. Eventually I intercepted to ask and we were able to figure out that it was a color she had at home which didn't make sense because why tf wouldn't you have a color in the salon? To sum it up, ELSA ruined the experience of Camay nails and now I will tell everyone (including whomever is reading this) I know to NOT go there which is a shame because every other nail lady was lovely. Shoutout the kind lady who did my friend's pedicure and told Elsa to shut the hell up.

The day OF less than an hour before my new appt time and pushed it an hour. Ok fine whatever Lisa is (I'm assuming) the owner and the receptionist interrupted three times to ask what they should tell customers throughout my appointment. She immediately told me we couldn't do builder gel because my nails were too short. Okay, I'll keep being flexible. I had chosen a design and showed.explained it to Lisa. She expressed that one of the colors I chose might be too sheer for the intended purpose, which was correct. I asked her to help me find an alternative that was lighter than the example picture. She brought me a few colors that were continuously darker. I decided to go with a solid color instead of the design I came in wanting. One of the other employees made a comment in Vietnamese that I was being difficult with my color selections. I did not engage. This did put me off vibewise though that they were busy enough to push peoples appointments, but that I couldn't ask for what I wanted to pay for. I then canceled my pedicure. Overall, the gel-x nails we did instead look nice and the price ($70) is pretty fair for the surrounding areas. I was just disappointed in the way I kept feeling put off as a paying customer. I fully recognize this is a first world problem, but it was frustrating nonetheless.

This was my second visit, and my first was pleasant. However, the lady who removed the previous gel pedicure with the nail drill, cut my big toe. I flinched because it stung really bad and I told her, but she brushed it off and kept going. I didn't see any blood at the moment so I thought maybe it was just sore. But it stung the whole time. I paid and even tipped her because I at least liked the results, but when I got home I could see the cut. It still hurts a lot and I wish she could have just apologized and at least put some ointment or something on it. She did speak to another employee in a different language as she was holding the nail drill so I'm pretty sure she knew she cut me. I liked this place because it is in walking distance from my house, but I'm not sure I'll be returning. read more

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the deficient service I received at this business. The behavior exhibited by the owner and staff was unprofessional and rude, as they often communicated in their language and mocked customers. Despite scheduling appointments, we were consistently forced to wait, as the staff was never prepared for our arrival. This nail salon is, in my opinion, the worst I have ever encountered. The use of unauthorized equipment and inadequate sanitization practices is alarming. Furthermore, the salon's cramped conditions and excessive clientele create an environment that is conducive to the spread of disease. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment unless one is willing to assume the risk of contracting a foot infection. read more

Came here for a pedicure for the first time of my life. I was nervous because I never get someone touch my feet, however, the salonist was very gentle and did a great job making feel very relaxed. I read the good reviews for Hannah and called before I came to make sure that I could get a pedicure. Hannah picked up the phone and said yes, I can get a pedicure. I then drove 15 minutes to their store. Hannah tried to get me to let someone else do my pedicure. She refused to do it. I left at the bait and switch. read more
