Cindy spent time listening to my preferences regarding style, colors and my body type to help me find the perfect items! I loved the features of a particular night gown but wanted a different color. She found the color combination I loved and immediately ordered it online from the designer. I recently lost weight and was unsure of my bra size. Cindy brought me perfectly fitted bras without even discussing sizes. She is truly an expert in her field! The prices are reasonable for the quality of the items. I still own several of my first purchases from her store from over 15 years ago. I was able to meet several employees of the store during my visit and it was obvious how much they all care about helping women feel beautiful. I can't recommend her store enough!

The staff helped me find the right section after I described that I needed a one piece with some support and no buckles, bows, or ties. There was a good selection, and an offer to order in a suit if it was not in my size. The little touches of a white bathrobe and hand mirrror in the dressing room, as well as the kindness and respect from the staff made the buying experience better than I've ever experienced when buying a swimsuit.

The staff helped my husband and me select everything we needed, and we spent about $1,000. Unfortunately, my swim cap ripped the second time I used it. When I returned to request an exchange, the experience was completely different. The employee immediately blamed my nails, then said she couldn't help because only the owner could approve it. The conversation became focused on whether the brand's rep would reimburse the store, which felt irrelevant as a customer simply asking for an even exchange on a $10 item. It was disappointing to receive that level of resistance over such a small issue after making a significant purchase just days earlier. Sadly, this experience means I won't be returning.
