Five stars doesn't even begin to cover it…read more I've been seeing Tayler for three months, and he's done more for me in those sessions than any sports medicine doctor, PT or other specialist has done in YEARS. I've dealt with chronic hip issues for five years, and have been an athlete my whole life and sustained many injuries or "traumas" as Tayler calls them. I originally scheduled an appointment for deep tissue massage completely oblivious to his other offerings. I ended up leaving that first appointment also getting gua sha, cupping and (the most life changing) P-DTR! Tayler uncovered and corrected countless neurologically-tied traumas I've just lived with for years thinking they were permanent. While some dysfunctions took two sessions to fix, others I have sustained and never had to deal with again after ONE session. The amount of pain relief I've had is truly unbelievable. Each session is tailored how I want it, sometimes I want more P-DTR work and other times I want more deep tissue work. He ALWAYS checks in that I'm consenting (I have never felt more comfortable as a woman with a male therapist) and answers every one of my many questions about his work with enthusiasm. He checks in after every session to see how my recovery is and if I notice any differences. I'm so much more aware of and in tune with my body now. There is no doubt Tayler loves what he's doing and wants to help as many people as he can with it. Book a session, you will NOT regret it.

Pre-COVID, I used to be a regular every-two-week massage client, but I had let many months lapse and finally decided to go see Tayler at Level Up Massage. First off, working in health care, I am very observant of COVID precautions and practices and Tayler made me feel very safe. Secondly, I was so impressed with his wide range of massage techniques. He used a combination of cupping, Gua Sha, and deep tissue techniques for my 90-minute massage, and made me feel like a whole new person. I've had some massages that felt good during the session but made little impact to my overall mobility and pain levels. Tayler didn't shy away from firm pressure and hard-to-reach muscles that gave me amazing relief and improved mobility for days afterwards. He will also make sure you have some tips for self-care so that you can give yourself relief at home between sessions. Lastly, for payment, I was able to use my FSA, which was great. I highly recommend Tayler and Level Up Massage!

There is a calmness there. The office feels peaceful and grounded, almost like the whole place is exhaling. Even the trees feel happy. I have been receiving bodywork and practicing in this field for 27 years, and Erick is truly one of the most gifted practitioners I have ever experienced. His balance of acupuncture, Thai massage, intuition, skill, and genuine human connection is rare. He has a way of knowing what your body needs, even when you don't quite know how to explain it yourself. Every touch feels intentional. Grounded. Present. Like he is listening with his whole being. There is something deeply heart-centered about the way he works -- you feel cared for, held, and seen. I have also taken his Thai massage courses, and the skills I learned from him have deeply shaped my own practice. His teaching is generous, clear, and rooted in years of real wisdom. I am incredibly grateful for what I've learned from him, both as a client and as a practitioner. A session with Erick doesn't just end when you leave. It stays with you. Your body remembers it. Your nervous system remembers it. Your heart remembers it. He is truly one of the people I am most grateful for.
