We limped in, and the technicians took over right away. In a short amount of time, to our enormous relief, the tire was repaired, The technical staff were friendly, helpful and very competent. It's quick and easy, you don't ever leave your car. I did have an issue after my last oil change, I called the next day and was immediately told I could come back and they'd do everything to fix it. I went back after work and they checked everything out and fixed the issue for me. While they were troubleshooting the problem not once were they trying to "get out" of it, and fully said if they couldn't fix it and it was from something they did/didn't do at the original oil change they would take full financial responsibility. I wasn't even worried about that and hadn't even brought anything up. It was refreshing to have a company step ahead and offer that instead of waiting to see if it would become an issue.
