They assume you're smart enough to put two and two together for things, but are willing to help you if you aren't. They also seem to get bored as the day goes on, likely because management won't let them read books or use their phones. This doesn't affect service, but I'm sure they would like it if they could. However, I have a few complaints as well. The thing that scans barcodes barely works. They've supposedly been trying to have upper management get them replace it, but it hasn't happened yet. They only just got rid of dial up, so I'm inclined to believe them. A manager that I've rarely seen (I think his name is Joe) is an ass, not really caring about customers or employees, though thankfully I've only seen him once. Still, I don't know why he was hired.

The guy is like a zombie, witnessed him being really rude to a newspaper delivery person, I come to find out that person is one of the owner of a Cambodian restaurant in Lowell and is doing deliveries before he has to go back into town to open his restaurant. This goes to show, don't judge a person, the young gentleman is a very nice kind and soft spoken person that own his own business vs a guy that's miserable behind the counter. News guy/ business owner gets the W and a A for this one, gas station guy gets a F and needs more training.

The dark hair woman cashier lectures me about being in the way and getting in line behind my male friend. I gave her push back . So I go out to pump gas and she makes me wait a long time before turning the pump on. Then she keeps shutting off the pump every few seconds,then turns it on , shut if off awhile until I was only able to pump $4.64 worth of gas. It was 6:55 pm. To me this retaliation is offensive. Now I can not drive to my important appointment. She should be fired for denying a customer gas.

For the past year they've done…read moreshoddy jobs, such as welding my exhaust for hundreds in labor only to have splatter all over and improper seals, meaning I had to grind all the welds down and redo them myself to make them look even half decent. Every other job has been sub par and they falsely fail parts for inspections to get more money out of their customers. These guys are the real deal. The prices are fair, the staff is super helpful, and it's always packed.
