Canceled me as a customer because I got upset and told their office girl to cancel me because they felt uncomfortable with being in my presence. Two 20 year plus old guys afraid of a 76 year old man and his 73 year old disabled wife. Only reason they canceled was their total ignorance in repairing anything. What a crock for being appliance repair. Stay away from these people and let their business die in obscurity for which it will. By the way my daughter's boyfriend fix it for us.

Told this to the lady on the phone and they sent someone out. The "repair guy" comes out and looks at it, runs a test and is like yea it's the compressor and HE doesn't replace them. Acts like he doesn't know how. Says he will have someone call me back about scheduling someone else to come out. So, 2 days later I don't receive a call, but a random text about rating my service. I'm like what service?? I call them back to see what happened to my follow up call. And this new lady answers the phone and proceeds to tell me they don't fix compressors for LG!!! Like what?? Gave me a sad story about how its been hard to find a good repair guy for this kind of stuff. She lacked the ability to explain why it was so hard to fix these fridges. Even though she said she had been in the business for over 10 years. Didn't explain to me why the repair guy said they could. She said she would have someone else call me to explain things better, which never happened!! She had an attitude and was just horrible! Not professional at all. I'm out $80 for a service call for someone to tell me my refrigerator is not running, like a bad 90's joke. Just like this company --A TOTAL JOKE of an operation!! Not sure how companies operate with poor skills at all levels!! I wouldn't call these people to fix anything!! Total waste of my time and money!! My sister…read morevisited the Mooresville location first and picked up a brochure and we thought about our needs and where we would put a large barn. A couple of weeks later she and I returned to the Mooresville location which is located on State Road 67 on the southbound side of the road between the light at TOA and the light at Old 67. We met with an employee who gave us a lot of facts and figures and more to think about. He also had a list of current inventory at all three locations. The size and style we were considering, the wood A frame (no loft) with the nine foot garage door, was in stock at the Martinsville location. The Martinsville location is located on the 39 bypass just past the light leading to downtown if coming from Hwy 67. My sister, her husband and I decided to go look at that specific unit at the Martinsville location. I like the way they leave all their buildings unlocked so you can shop without an employee being on site. That unit turned out to be four feet longer than what we originally wanted. Each unit has the price posted inside with a few rent to own payment options listed as well. We decided the extra four feet would probably come in handy later on and decided to go with a unit that was in stock rather than wait for one to be built. The wait time for a unit to be built was only a couple of weeks. We decided that location of the side door, window, number of windows and choice of colors was not that important so we opted for the one they had in stock. We did add a ramp to our purchase. What really impressed us was the delivery by Stutz Trucking. They had to place the unit in a tight corner inside another gated area within our five acre business. Further, he took extra time to level the unit because we didn't provide much of a level surface. The ground was level but we had two different sizes of large gravel covering the ground. We are very happy with our purchase and the delivery and setup of our new landscape maintenance barn.

Overall, an excellent experience!…read more Before purchasing our bed, I telephoned Bedder Way with questions, and the customer service was great. My call was answered promptly, the person I spoke with was knowledgeable, patient, and cheerful. There was a delay in the bed's arrival, which left us scrambling a bit because we had broken down and gotten rid of our old bed in anticipation of a timely delivery (no room to get the new one in without the old one out). That said, the delivery folks kept us informed about the progress of our delivery. On the day the bed did arrive, the driver was very kind and careful with the handling and placement of the very large (!) box outside because it was too big to deal with inside our tiny home. It was a challenge opening the box and unpacking the bed parts, which was a decidedly Good Thing. All of the pieces were expertly and very solidly packed using wood and solid/strong styrofoam(?) pieces to prevent any scarring or scratching of any of the components. The directions for putting the bed together and installing it were very detailed and useful -- and my oh my, it is so comfortable - much more so than our former bed even though we used our existing mattress. We sleep on it every night, often closing it during the day to give us more room, plus it keeps the bed nice. I am small and 70 yo and can easily handle taking the bed up and down. There are two slight challenges: one is remembering that the legs at the foot of the bed stick out a bit when the bed is open, so it can be tough on your shins if you aren't mindful; the other is changing the bed -- it's a bit difficult (but, of course, doable) to get the fitted sheet on at the top of the mattress because the enclosure does not leave a lot of room to maneuver; and, caution is needed when one lifts the bottom of the mattress to put on the sheets and tuck in the bedding because the bed frame pops up in an effort to close because there is no weight on it at the moment. The only disappointment was the lights, which are add-on purchases, and not built into the bed itself. The "neck" on one of them isn't sufficiently stiff to hold the lamp in position. That said, it was not enough of an issue to bother Bedder Way about it, and we are managing. :-) [Bedder Way saw our review and sent a new lamp!! Another feather in their cap!] All in all, the Bedder Way Murphy bed was the perfect choice for a senior couple who radically downsized and moved into a tiny 1930 build duplex to be near family and within walking distance to all the necessary amenities (stores, medical offices, public transportation, etc.). We are now considering a Bedder Way side cabinet when we are able to manage it. :-)
