They worked with us on determining the best product, provided a great quote, and the install had about a 60 day lead time...they are very busy! Lo-frills operation, family owned. They keep their overhead low and pass those savings on to their customers. Keeps them very busy, which means they keep full-time installers on staff; they do not use subs. Install crew arrived at 10AM and they were out the door by 4:30PM. Project was our upstairs, about 1100 sq ft, 4 bedrooms and our stairs.

This place is professional, reasonable, honest, and fair. They are a pleasure to deal with. Lowes, Home Depot, and Menards contract out...for the same price or more and same or less quality carpet. Then on top of that it can take 3 weeks for a special order carpet. And who knows who is coming to do the job. Here I found what I wanted 8lb padding with plastic guard and soft carpets you want to sleep on. It took 7 days to deliver and was put in as soon as they could. If it wasn't for the darn holiday weekend and a prior appt. I could've had it done the day after delivery. The guy who owns it, puts down your carpet. It's like he backs up what he does. I like that in a business. On a side note, this is a truly ran family business. The installer is the owner. The guy who measures is his dad. The sales person, is literally everyone's grandma. So paying them made me feel good. How's that for service. They made me feel good while parting with my hard earned money. Do not go to Floors to Go. I can't vouch for their work. But I can vouch for the way they tried to be slick about charging me more money for my carpet by over estimating square footage, charging me for every little thing (removal, hauling, moving furniture, special staircase) and refusing to itemize what I was paying for. Brian and Ray came out and put new vinyl sheeting down and JUST WOW!!!! It was 7 1/2 days of work for these poor guys because they had to tear up old nasty carpeted floors, put new sub floor down, level floors because they were just so uneven(as much as an inch and a half) but they did an AMAZING JOB. From the start of the project with Jamie who came out and measured, met us at the company and showed us the flooring, and to the end product with Ray and Brian who are very nice, professional, and easy going, it was just a great experience. I also want to thank Athena who I talked with at the company and on the phone. She is very sweet and helpful as well. The guys put trim down around our fireplace hearth tiles and where the foyer meets the dining room. And it was just a great call on their end to use the wood trim for the foyer and the black painted for the fireplace tiles. You want a job done, get Reardons Flooring!!
