Dave was awesome! He towed my custom F-150 Single Cab and handled it with the care and professionalism you'd expect when trusting someone with a custom truck. He was reliable, careful, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. I really appreciated how he treated my truck like it was his own. I will definitely get more cars towed by this company in the future ! read more

Hadley Tow was an absolute lifesaver. I had an unexpected car issue, and their general manager, Karam, personally took my call -- which already set the tone for an above-and-beyond experience. No one ever wants to be dealing with a tow, but he made the whole situation incredibly smooth. He arrived promptly, was friendly and reassuring, and even offered me a courtesy ride back home after dropping my car off at my mechanic. What really impressed me was the speed: everything was wrapped up in less than a quarter of the time quoted by AAA. Truly exceptional service. I'd recommend Hadley Tow to anyone without hesitation. read more

We were helped out by Gilbert tonight after our car broke down. He was so efficient, kind, and understanding. You can tell that he loves his job and is there to truly help out the community. What was a horrible day turned into such a great experience. I never could have imagined such great customer service and smooth experience. It seems like there have been shared love for Gilbert based off of prior yelp reviews. I hope he is recognized for going above and beyond his job. 10/10 THANK YOU CHRIS and HADLEY TOW! I can't say enough good things about Hadley Tow and especially Chris! He was incredibly efficient, fast, and made me feel completely at ease during a stressful situation i had on Wednesday. He arrived within 20 minutes and had my car towed in just 10 minutes AMAZING! In the past, I've waited for hours with other towing companies, and they were nowhere near as kind or professional. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly went above and beyond. I honestly thought he might be the owner because of how professional and confident he was!!! We definitely need more people like him in this industry. Thank you so much, Chris. 10/10 stars! read more

AAA had ordered a tow for me and I had a 2 and a half hour wait time! I called about 320, and was told by Hadley its been 553pm.. omg.ugh. so, i called back, to no avail, but excellent customer service at AAA, and they tried to rush it. At 415ish, I got a call from Andrew, the tow truck driver, and he was there at 420pm! VERY Nice young man, and had me at BigO Tires by 450pm.. which is another great experience. Kudos to AAA for expedition of service, but Hadley, you have a great top notch driver in Andrew. He was super respectful and knew what he was doing. I waited for a review, but never got one. I felt it important enough to do so myself, so, thank you! read more

Last night we had one of those stressful situations nobody wants to be in -- stranded in Newport Beach with our car needing a tow. But what could have been a nightmare turned into an experience that actually left us feeling grateful, all because of one incredible human being: Gilbert. From the moment he arrived, Gilbert went above and beyond in every possible way. He wasn't just professional (which he absolutely was), but genuinely kind, patient, and thoughtful. You could feel that he truly cared -- not just about getting the job done, but about us. He explained everything clearly, took extra precautions to make sure our car was safe, and even checked in on how we were doing through the whole process. There was something so grounding about his presence -- like you could exhale knowing you were in the best hands possible. It's rare to meet someone in any service industry who pours this much heart into their work. By the end, we honestly felt emotional because of how far above and beyond he went. Gilbert turned what could have been a stressful, tearful night into a moment where we walked away feeling blessed. If you ever find yourself in need of towing around Newport or the surrounding area -- pray that Gilbert is the one who shows up. He's not just a lifesaver, he's the kind of person who reminds you that there are truly good souls out there. We'll never forget the way he helped us. Gilbert -- if you're reading this -- thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Varant Avedissian & Jennifer read more

Hadley Tow contracts with AAA. At apx 1 am, My friends car suddenly had a very weird electrical issue where the car would not respond to the key fob, he could not start or turn off the car, but all the lights/electronic were on. The initial ETA was 6 am! We were panicking until the dispatcher from Hadley called us and assured us we could have someone out within an hour. Shortly after that call ended, the technician called me. He assured us he would be there within 10 mins. Sure enough, Yuhan (I think that was his name) shows up like a knight in shining armor. He immediately knew the issue and got right to work. Like a superhero he fixed the issue and was gone within 10 mins! He truly saved us from so much continued panic and stress. Antonio did a great job. After the accident he was able to push our car uphill to position it to load on the truck. He was efficient and courteous, and we enjoyed chatting with him on the way to the repair shop. read more

Three days in advance, made a time/date for pick up of a vehicle for relocation to another garage. The day/time came & went. When we called to ask where the driver was, we were told it would be another hour past the agreed time. When we reiterated the agreed upon date/time, the person told us ti F*** off! Unprofessional! Very disappointed knowing we prearranged the appointment. I would not recommend this tow service. read more

Omar was wonderful when I had a flat. Thorough, kind, quick, everything I can ask being someone stuck with a flat tire. Arrived and was done before the original quoted arrival time through AAA. I had to get his name and the company to be sure to come over here and shout him out. read more

Called AAA and Mo called me back quickly and said he would be there in about 20 minutes. My car just shut off as I was driving down MacArthur Boulevard, which is a very busy multi. ln. Thorofare. I had my two young grandchildren in the car and it was very concerning as I was nervous as someone Would rear end me. Mo with Hadley towing was amazing. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. He towed me all the way back to Redlands., which is about 60 miles one way. I can't say enough about Mo. He made me feel safe and like he was going to handle everything, which he did. Towed me to my mechanic and before he left, asked if I needed anything else. Two thumbs up and 10 stars for Mo. read more

Hadley Tow - Driver and happy grandkids. - Towing Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

I was driving and unfortunately I needed a tow asap. Since I was not in my area I did not know who to call. I came on Yelp and found Hadley's Tow. I read the great reviews and experiences from their customers. So I knew I would receive the same service as they did. I was already stressed out about the situation but they took care of me. They came in a timing manner, the gentleman that assisted me was Karam. He was nice and very helpful. It's always great when a place of business has great employees. I recommend this Towing Company. Their service was great, employee was awesome and what I paid was reasonable. I truly appreciated the help. read more

I want to say thank you to Angel from Hadley Tow. Last Tuesday I needed a tow due to a flat tire. He arrived, knew exactly what to do. I told him I didn't have a spare, my trunk unable to open for over 6 months. Well, he opened it. I was so grateful! He then proceeded to tow my car and me to the nearest tire store. He was polite, professional and ensured the safety for me and my car. He made the whole experience painless and comfortable. I've been meaning to call AAA for a battery replacement but kept forgetting and saw Max in my neighborhood changing my neighbor's battery. Since I'm a lady who knows nothing about cars, I (rudely) interrupted to ask him a brief question about getting and he offered to come to my house when he was done! Not only did he come by promptly, he tested my battery and was honest about whether it needed replacing based on what he was seeing. (I ended up replacing it to be safe!) He didn't just try to sell me on it since he knew I was clueless which was very appreciated! He also gave great instructions on what to do if I ran into issues. 10/10 service, thank you Max!! read more

Having issues with my vehicle battery, Hadley Tow --through AAA --arrived within minutes --and ahead of schedule. The technician was great, although I unfortunately, don't recall his name --very courteous, polite, and professional though. He tested, diagnosed, and charged my battery --had me on my way in minutes. Per my desire --and failing to change my own battery at home the following day (today), thinking that I could save some money shopping the price of new battery --I was futher humbled by my need to once again --call AAA --Hadley Tow, dispatched. The service technician --Max --arrived far ahead of schedule, calling me prior to his arrival to inform me of his location. Max was very kind --very professional --very helpful, polite, and courteous. Max resolved my battery needs thoroughly and completely --what I feel was above and beyond his obligation. What began as a daunting experience --resulted in God's blessing --through Max. I'm just so very grateful. So very appreciative. Once again, thank you, Max. Christopher W from Hadley tow showed up this morning to tow my mother in laws vehicle to a repair shop. He was impatient, made me feel very stupid for not being able to turn a wheel of a completely dead car (making comments of how weak I am), and also showed up to the cars repair shop destination with an attitude. The amount of profanity that came out of his mouth because there were too many cars maneuvering around was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. AAA this is not what we pay for. I already called in to the office and filed a complaint with Emily. Keep in mind we used your service 2 weeks ago as well for the same exact route with Antonio and he was incredible to work with. It was like night and day between him and Christopher W. Thank you Antonio for making our service better no matter what. Hadley Tow if your driver Christopher W is clearly not happy to be working then check him. I wish Yelp would allow two separate reviews because I would leave one just for Antonio himself. read more

For the first time in my life, I ran out of gas (the shame of it, I know!) Within minutes of calling AAA, Jihad with HADLEY TOW was putting gas in my tank. I've never used AAA roadside assistance before in my 25 years of membership, but I was so impressed with the service, and with Jihad. After a gallon of gas, he made sure to check with me that my car started up okay. How nice to be cared for in a moment of need. I appreciated his demeanor, care, and the ease of getting him there. Good system! I will be recommending AAA's roadside assistance program in the future, and I will remember HADLEY TOW as a competent partner in delivering great service in case I have any personal future needs. read more

Thank you to Mo! He made my bad day alot better with his fast service, kindness, and fun conversation on the 22 mile drive to drop off my new Hybrid that had the tire blow out on the freeway. Toyota Roadside service sent him and instead of the hour wait I was advised, within 10 min I was being greeted by a friendly face and professional service. I appreciate him making the bad experience better with just his kindness and extra care he took to get me and my broke car to the dealership that worked best for me.
