The services and individual pricings are listed upfront in the booking portal, which made it easy to choose someone who fit what I was looking for. Price transparency is important to me, and at the very end I was charged exactly what I booked. My stylist was Mikayla, and she was incredibly meticulous/detail-oriented. She spent about 4.5 hours perfecting my Full Highlights, and I never felt like she was rushing through any part of the process. During the consultation, I felt heard. She listened to what I wanted without any judgment or pressure to steer me toward a different outcome. Instead, the conversation felt collaborative, with explanations that helped me make informed decisions. I know for some, having to chat for all that time may be daunting. Mikayla struck the perfect balance between friendly conversation and giving me space. She clearly communicated each step of the process before doing it. When I brought up my concerns, the owner, I sent her this same video (Emily) explained that this is what the salon considers a partial ROOT highlight touchup. I already had my hair previously bleached . I respect that explanation, but for $240 plus a $50 tip ($290 total), I expected a more noticeable result. She offered to correct it for an additional $50.
