Mild emotional damage I ordered the 3 Quesa Birria combo for $18.99, which came with consommé, and added a single asada taco for $6.50. First bite of the quesa birria and it was over. Crispy, cheese-crusted tortilla with that deep, slow-cooked beef inside. The meat was tender, juicy, and loaded with that rich, chile-soaked flavor that sticks with you in the best way. Dip it in the consommé and it levels up instantly. Savory, slightly spicy, beefy goodness in liquid form. That dip is not optional. That dip is law. The asada taco? Simple but done right. Well-seasoned meat, good char, fresh toppings. Clean, classic, satisfying. Everything tasted amazing. No complaints about flavor at all. The textures, the seasoning, the consommé... all on point. But here's where I have to be honest. I'm used to the Hanford quesa birria that are literally double this size for $4, and tacos for $3. So paying $18.99 for three smaller ones and $6.50 for a single taco definitely hits different. Are they delicious? Absolutely. Did I enjoy every bite? 100%. Did I look at the receipt and pause for a moment? Also yes. So I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars Top-tier flavor. Great execution. Just expensive for the portion size compared to what I'm used to. Habibi's was the place my friend and I decided to eat we first hung out together. It was a no brainer after we compared the ratings, comments, photos from other people and the prices from other nearby restaurants. We happily chose Habibi's Birria especially from the delicious looking food. I was looking for a new place that sold Quesa birrias. After door-dashing Habibi's to school, we fell in love with it. Since then, whenever I crave a Quesa Birria or burrito, I go straight to Habibi's. It's been our thing to go to Habibi's and order our usual foods together. Although they forget our extra side of sour cream, it's alright because the taste and customer service makes up for it. Their red sauce is spicy for me to handle, yet it's pretty addicting to add onto everything I eat. I have tried so many things here and there is yet to be something to disappoint me. From the food itself to the desserts, they all continue to exceed my expectations. Ordered ahead with a pickup for 7:10 pm They didn't have pastor but they called when I was driving once to ask what meat I wanted instead No hellos when I walked in...was told "you need to wait" when I approached the cash register. So glad I found this place - really cool Mexican/middle eastern fusion. Not to be dramatic but this is the best horchata I've had in so long lol. I LOVED the al pastor burrito i got - so so delicious. My friend ordered the quesabirria taco combo and that was very good as well, although the beef was pretty tough/not tender, which was unfortunate. Still, I appreciate the unique options they have here being a fusion restaurant (I thought birria ramen was just a food truck thing, but I've always wanted to try it!). I was a Habibi's patron when they were still on Jackson! I came to check out their new location and I liked how spacious it was. They have lots of tables and space to dine in which is different than the other location. Though there is more parking here, I had to park at the end of the lot because there was a lot of cars! I called in and picked up but had to wait a while because there's not a separate pick up area and there was only one person working the register. It was pretty busy during lunch time. I usually order the quesabirria combo which comes with 3 quessabirras. What I like about the new location is the quessabirria tacos are usually more crispy than when they were on Jackson. They also put a good amount of meat which is nice. They're spicy orange sauce also sooo good but pretty spicy. I'm a huge fan of Habibis and happy to see it growing. read more

Took an old co-worker here for lunch. I had the wet gyro burrito. I must say it rarely had any meat in it. I wasn't a fan at all! The meat texture of the lamb and beef wasn't for me. It was soft. Okay, hear me out. The lamb and beef meat is nice and tender. It has the right amount of meat to wrap ratio. (That matters if you're eating with one hand). I ordered my usual, quesobirria combo which came with some hot sauce and consome :) The lady who took my order was extremely nice, had my order ready and rang me up quickly! We chatted about this location being much bigger with seats for customers to sit to enjoy their meals! I do like this set up, but I'm going to miss my ritual of getting this combo and grabbing a guava jarrito's from the gas station. I actually have never heard of this restaurant before. On a Saturday, I was driving around the Hayward Business Park and happen to see that they were open. So, 30 mins before closing, I decided to go in and try the food. I forget what used to be at this location. I remember when they built this narrow strip of businesses. Lots of businesses have come and gone. I hope Habibi's Birria sticks around, because the food is pretty tasty. I ordered the Birria Burrito Supreme. It came with a free dish of consommé. Some places actually charge extra for this dipping broth. This tasty burrito is made of rice beans, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. I cut it in half to reveal the beautiful colors of the ingredients. Very tasty burrito, not salty or dry. The stewed meat is tender and juicy, and easy to eat. Service was great! 30 minutes before closing, they take the time to tell me about the menu items, what drinks they have, and they suggestive sell. Food was ready in 5-mins, and I was on my way. The place has a fairly large dining room, and a small patio outside. Overall, a 5-star experience. Why 5-stars? I have worked in this business park for over 20-years. Their location is in a really nice area and perfect to go with some family as it's not a busy area. All of their meat is halal, and the food is amazing. Habibi serves a lot of their dishes with the flavorful consommé...basically, if you're like me (never fail I drop, drip, spill something on my top!) you'll need some Spray n Wash on hand to get any oil stains out later! Habibi's is popular for their: quesa-birria tacos with consommé which I've tried at their other location so decided to try something new: :: Babaganoush - eggplant dip - smoky, lemony with lavash and toum: (Lebanese garlic oil) :: Mixed Plate - lamb and chicken with hummus, rice and lavash - not quite like their picture as it didn't have any vegetables (zucchini, bell pepper) but plenty of sliced red onions, sliced pickles and green olives. Comes with 3 pcs of lamb and 3 pieces of chicken that didn't have much seasoning but nicely cooked. (3.75/5) - condiments of hot sauce :: Birria Burrito Supreme - smear of guac with beans, rice and their beef birria and consommé - this was a good try but thought it okay...needed something flavor and texture-wise (3.5 stars) so decided to add some toum and it definitely made it yummier! Overall, 3.5 - 4 stars for the items above and will try their wraps on the next visit. Just a tip: If you love GARLIC ask for the TOUM (garlic sauce) and dip everything in it as it really elevates their dishes! I've been a loyal customer of Habibi's Birria since before they opened their restaurant at the Eden Landing location. I used to phone in my orders when they were still at the gas station spot, and I've been hooked ever since. The very first Quesabirria tacos I ever tried were from Habibi's, and they are the reason I'm now obsessed with these amazing tacos. No matter how many Quesabirria tacos I try from other places, Habibi's always comes out on top. I was thrilled when they opened the Eden Landing location because it's much closer to where I live and offers a sit-down experience. The food quality remains just as excellent as always--the Quesabirria is consistently delicious. As for the restaurant itself, it's a bit warm inside, especially when the sun is shining directly on it. Some air conditioning or fans would be a great addition for comfort. However, the friendly staff more than makes up for it. The blonde lady, who I believe is one of the owners, is super welcoming and always greets customers with a smile. I've introduced and brought so many friends to this restaurant and they've all tried different things from fish tacos, carne asada fries, burritos, chicken shawarma, and birria!
