Homero and his team did an excellent job on my project this week. I have a vacant lot that I needed to prep to go on the market, and they made it look great. They dug out a lot of rock to create a nice parking space along the road. They created a shelf along the road to place some large stone blocks on, chipped up some old branches and trees, and a few other things. We used HA Dirt Cleaning & Construction to perform site preparation work for a large area where we will be installing a playground and firepit. They leveled the ground, build the perimeter border, and laid the landscape fabric. They showed up right on time for the estimate and the day they performed the work. I found HA Dirt on Craigslist. After looking at their website, I decided to give them a call. Homero answered the phone & was kind, courteous & listened to my issues. He came out two weeks later & gave me a quote to install two french drains, regrade & sod my backyard. The quote was detailed and reasonable; I had received 3 quotes prior to his & they were outrageous prices! I hired HA Dirt to come out to my new ranch and cut a road to where we were going to build our new house. The build site was .25 mile away from our gate. Homero and his guys did a fantastic job. They exceeded my expectations. Plus they finished way quicker than we expected. They did such a great job that I had them do the site prep for our 4,000 sf custom home as well (Which turned out amazing!) Even our builder was impressed.
