I paid these people too much money to fix my sewer line after they failed to snake my drain, which resulted in my basement flooding and needing massive remediation to fix. They destroyed my front yard in 2 locations after they failed to find the line the first time to install the access pipe and left me with a huge mound of dirt that never settled right and told me it was my dirt and my problem to deal with. I was under the apparently mistaken impression they would come back and level it out, so when I told the customer satisfaction manager (Pat Swanson, who was useless in helping me) that I needed help, I was lied to on multiple occasions. First I was told that they would come help, and then Pat's solution was to have the excavation managers call me, who yelled at me, acted like I was an idiot, and had the nerve to call me back when I hung up on them because they were saying such horrible things about me. As Ron R. put it in his review, these people are shameless, predatory, and beyond useless when it comes to customer service. Pat, I hope you're ashamed of yourself and how dare your company charge as much as they did for a half-done job all around.
