I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate, I received the voice mailbox and left my contact info and expected to receive a call back later that day or the next. While I was still leaving my info, Barry, the owner called me back (that was fast). Barry provided in-depth detail on his business and emphasized that his company only did air duct cleaning and what the process was. He then went online, looked up my property, and then provided a quote over the phone. I was shocked at how affordable the service was, additionally, they are Veteran friendly. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later. Barry sent me an email with the estimate and appointment details. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, Kirk, my technician arrived on time "on the Dot". He was cleanly and professionally dressed. We walked through the house, and I showed him where the air handler and all the vents were. He then set up and began his work. He finished, as promised, at the two-hour mark (+/- a few minutes). I started calling electricians, and Mr. Electric was the first to call me back. When they arrived, I was given possible estimates of the cost of repair and/or replacement. The light was up quite high, requiring a very tall ladder. When he first touched the top to see if the optic part was damaged, he got a shock, and realized there was a live wire. Fortunately, he was okay, so they found the circuit breaker and shut off the current to that light. They found the electric eye had come off and felt there was no way the roofers could have missed that. Instead of having to replace the light, he said he was able to fix it after going to get a part. With the assistant going up with a drill to attach the part that was dangling he was able to replace the missing part. Works beautiful and I could not be happier with the way they conducted their business and how quickly they came to make the repair. They scheduled to come in our home for inspections…read more They came, had opened up a bathroom basement window causing about 5 lbs of dirt to fall in from outside where mulch had built up in my flower bed outside the window.....they did not clean up any of the dirt mess all over the bathroom. They did take a towel and wipe the white painted cinder block wall and rubbed it into the paint....called them and they said that the buyer also came to the inspection..... It is their responsibility to ensure that when they go into a home to do their job when the homeowner is not home to make sure the property is left how they found it and they were responsible for all people they brought into the house..... I called them to come clean it up and was basically told they wouldn't have done that and would call me back....they never called back. I also want to note: this bathroom was cleaned before their arrival. I have professional cleaners who come once a week. So there is no doubt that this was done during their visit.
