It was just an easy, pleasant experience all around. My wife and I absolutely love how it turned out. Take a look at the before-and-after pictures--the first shows the temporary plywood tops we had been living with, and the second shows what a difference the new quartz made! Great work, great value, and great people to work with. We'd definitely use Innovations Touch again and highly recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding service from Legacy Plumbing!…read more I had what I thought was going to be a simple toilet repair, but it turned out the toilet itself needed to be replaced due to some poor craftsmanship from previous companies. The last homeowner had a cheap toilet installed, which created more problems than expected. Jake was fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what I was paying for rather than just pushing me toward the most expensive solution. What really impressed me was that Jake worked the cost of the work they had already completed into the replacement toilet, which saved me a significant amount of money. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and the unexpected issue we ran into. Great communication, fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and genuinely great customer service. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Plumbing, and especially Jake, to anyone who needs a plumber. Five stars all around!

We agreed on his very reasonable estimate and the project began! I wanted to completely remove our existing shower and tub and make the tub are our new shower and the previous shower would become a an area for storage. He showed up to help me get tile and we got a great mix of tiles for our bathroom and we couldn't be happier! Daniel's plumber is fantastic and you can tell that all these workers pay attention to detail and have worked in nice homes and do great work. As the project finished, we were just so happy and I don't think you could get a better result in the very reasonable price range that Daniel offers. We had American Legend build our home, and it was the worst experience we have ever had with a…read morebuilder. Throughout the process, I had to constantly monitor construction to prevent major mistakes. At closing, homeowners are only given one hour to inspect the property. If you don't identify every single issue during that short timeframe, the builder will later claim you accepted the home "as is." On the rare occasion they do agree to address a problem, the work is performed cheaply and with poor craftsmanship. The jobsite was never properly maintained. I personally found beer cans, gloves, chicken bones, wood, stones, and bricks buried in the yard under the sod when repairing dead spots. When they replaced and stained part of our fence, they used mismatched stain colors, leaving half the fence one color and the other half another. The yard was improperly graded, with construction debris left in place and simply covered with soil. As a result, the yard sits 5-7 inches higher than the sidewalk and driveway. The overall workmanship reflects speed and cost-cutting, not quality. I have yet to meet a single American Legend homeowner who is satisfied with their experience.
