Tracy and crew can get it done! I love to come here, you're always welcomed and conversation is good! Oh ya, and the nails are consistently good, too! read more

I walked in w/o an appt and was helped right away. I went to H2O because I was looking for a new nail salon. Tracy was very kind and gentle and she did an excellent job! I got an acrylic fill with gel and a gel pedi. The pedi included a sugar scrub massage which was very nice! The gal who did my pedi was also kind and gentle. I will definitely go back. read more

Nice local place for a mani or pedi. I've been here a few times for pedicures with Sandy and she does a good job. The basic pedicure is $20.00 and you can add on for extra massage or exfoliating treatment. It's in the same shopping center as T. J. Maxx and Vons. The facility is on the newer side with the nice new comfortable massage chairs. It's easy to make appointments and a lot of people just walk in I've noticed. read more

H20 nails has been my new nail salon for almost a years now. I love Julie who does the most amazing pedicures! Julie has healing hands and I never have to tell her anything. The 1st time she did my feet it was like she knew what I wanted. It's hard to find people who give you a good massage and she never rushes! If you looking for your feet to feel and look like new money then BABEE Julie is your girl. Julie knows her customers by name also. You will think you are in HEAVEN when Julie gets a hold of your feet! #HappyFeet Sunny is crazy but in a good way. When I tell you he gets my hands looking good yeah thar part! It's never a dull moment with this funny Man! I just love them. All the staff is so friendly and had been welcoming which is WHY I came. They don't make you feel uncomfortable by always speaking in a language that makes you uncomfortable! They are amazing here! #amazingplace read more

I went here for a couple years and thought the quality was ok. I kept going as it was very close to my home and I wanted to give my business to a local company. But the quality just continued to go south. Even when I complained about the lousy work they did nothing. I never went back. They just don't care about their quality; they just want your $$$$$ read more

Not too bad - very reasonable and friendly. I was a walk in and a less than five minute wait.

The owner Tracy is SO rude to all the customers which is so sad because everyone else in the salon is nice. She overcharges people all the time. read more

It is inexpensive to get a Mani/Pedi here at H20 and there is a reason why. The owner (Tracy) is rude and her work is sloppy. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area with better service. read more

I have gotten an outdoor pedicure twice since they were able to reopen for outdoor business. They are quick, efficient, and do a good job! You are outside under a covering so it is fully shaded and not too hot. Your view is of the parking lot, but honestly if that's what I have to look at to get a pedicure these days I'm okay with it! They only take cash or Venmo right now so be prepared. An outdoor pedicure is $23, it's not in a fancy spa chair for obvious reasons but I think it's a fair price for these conditions. My pedicures have not chipped at all and have lasted nearly 3 weeks! read more

I've been meaning to leave a review for this place for the longest time, because I am not a fan. First of all, the main nail tech who runs this place is so rude. Every single time she is doing my nails, she gets up and either starts doing someone else's service or tends to another task that she has to do--without even saying anything. I think it's rude and really unprofessional. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience, however, every time I come here they act like we're bothering them and we're at their mercy for wanting to get our nails done or something. She tells everyone who walks in that they're going to be waiting a "few minutes" even if all the chairs are clearly full and it's obviously not going to be a few minutes. The quality of their services are mediocre too. I kept giving this place a chance because it was one of my mom's favorites, but after she too got fed up with being treated poorly, she decided to give up on them too. read more

Um, no. My 4 year old could have done a better job on my pedicure and this gell manicure will be chipping off at the cuticle by brunch tomorrow. I am not the kind of person who complains about things, but this time I did, and in her defense, she tried to fix it, but when I pointed out one nail that was diagonal and pointed, she told me it was an optical illusion but said she would cut it for me if that's what I want. What?!? Ugh. That's an hour of my life I won't get back, and $80 dollars. read more

I want to love this place but I simply cannot after my experience today. I was so excited to hear there was a new nail salon in La Canada, but so disappointed after today. My manicure/pedicurist was named Tracy. I have never had a more unpleasant nail experience. She had "I really don't want to be here" written all over her face. Smile? no. Conversation? forget about it. Complete a thorough job? I could do my own nails better. I sat next to my mother whose manicure/pedicurist was super sweet and pleasant, what a difference! My review is based on the job Tracy did and the customer service Tracy provided. We arrived for our 11:30 appointment. Both my mother and I sat down, my mother was half way through her pedicure by the time Tracy even began yet I was STILL done before my mother. My mother's standard pedicure involved steps Tracy flew by (i.e. lemon on the nails step). Tracy even dropped all of the tools that were fresh out of the sterilized package, onto the floor, then picked them up and continued to use them. Any professional would have gotten a fresh package of tools. Bathrooms: clean enough, this is where they earn the second star Price: reasonable This was such a poor quality nail job and the service was so bad, I will never come back to this nail salon as long as people like Tracy are working there. read more

I have been going here for years with my two daughters. They have consistently done a wonderful job, so we do t go anywhere else. We get gel and dip manicures, pedicures. The shop is clean and busy. I found it is best to call ahead, talk to Tracy, she runs the shop. read more

There is junk everywhere; supplies are left out, towels all over the chairs and floor. They did a great job designing the place and getting quality pedi chairs, but there is very poor maintenance. I came in on a Saturday afternoon, 9 months pregnant, with my mom. After we were seated in the pedi chairs, one of the male technicians started on my mom while I waited another 10 minutes for my tech to come along . She immediately exclaimed "look how swollen your feet are!" which, yes, happens. Then she cut my nails at warp speed, did not use cuticle oil to soften my cuticles (so the process was more uncomfortable), hurriedly exfoliated my feet then spent a few minutes applying lotion and polish. I was finished before my mom. She then pointed me to the drying station - instead of giving me a few minutes to relax in the pedi chair. Without offering any assistance, I waddled over to the drying station and turned on my own nail dryer. My mom showed up 5 minutes later, assisted by the male nail tech (who turned the dryer on for her). My mom isn't crippled, nor does she show any outward disability. He just had enough sense to show common courtesy. I will not be returning. read more

I wish I could give them no stars...... The sign on the door says walk-ins welcome, obviously not here. Came in and no one is at the front so i signed myself in for a pedi and my daughter in for fills, was told by someone that it would be 30mins. I was okay with that they looked busy, so we waited.... 45 mins! 3 clients left so we thought ok now we are up... no 2 other people walked in apparently had an appointment. My daughter looked bothered by this, so employee says oh well only one person can do fills :( really . Will never go back and will NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!! read more

I came to the nail salon at the end of their rush hour, which was a little annoying in the beginning but it was great because near the end it was really relaxing with barely anyone there. Had (I think her name is) Jenny do my feet, she was great. And had another lady do my hands who also did a beautiful job. 10/10 would recommend. read more

H2O Nails Spa - SNS - Nail Salons Near Me - Glendale, California

Wonderful staff who are super friendly and maintain a clean salon. I wear boots everyday which has taken a toll on my once nice feet but they did a wonder to my feet during my pedicure and they look good as new. I will be a returning customer. read more

My daughter came here with her friends to get a manicure and color change. She liked it, but she and I still remain partial to TJ Nails because TJ Nails does better massages and they give you bottled water. Those little things add up and make a difference in an appointment. Other than that, the service was good. Plenty of free parking. The prices are fairly compatible with TJ Nails. read more

I stopped going here for little things: my nails wouldn't be filed straight, the designs I was getting just were not that good. I tried going here ONE more time with my daughter (whose 2 btw). The lady who handled my daughter was wonderful. I told her at the beginning that they didn't need to be good, my daughter just wanted her nails to be colorful like mommy's. But the lady was nice to her she was sitting in her chair with her hands on her legs barely moving. MY nails on the other hand... I was livid when I left and I didn't leave my girl a tip which I have NEVER done before. I don't know the name of the woman I got but she was wear a gold necklace with a picture of Jesus and a blue, bluetooth thing around her neck. First the lady asked me if I wanted to cut my nails: I did need to cut them a little but she cut off nearly a 1/4 of an inch! I DID NOT ask her to do that. She said "Too long" and snip! away it went. No asking: "is this good?" before the cut. It is going to take me MONTHS to grow my nails back if they ever do. I have a 2yo, I chip my nails all the time. Second she didn't file them straight or even very square, which is the only way I get my nails done, and the way they were before she cut them off. I had to take the file from her and redo it while I was sitting the chair. Third: I was trying the tell her something about my nails in English of course and she didn't understand me, which ok I get that, but she didn't ask someone else to come over and tell her what I was saying she just went along... tra la la la la. Fourth: She didn't put enough gel polish on, I spent the extra $18 so my nails will actually last 2 WEEKS, the chipped in 2 days, that has NEVER happened before! Fifth: They double charged me! UGG! Cause they ran out of paper. So they Ran the card again instead of just reprinting it! If you want a relaxing time getting your nails done so you feel pampered and beautiful, don't go here. They don't care about you the customer unless you are a regular. If you do go here, get Kai. He one of the owners, he's wonderful, but always busy. read more

When a place looks busy, I automatically think they must have a good reputation. Not always the case. I walked in, asked how long it would be for a full set and I was seated immediately by the lady who seemed to be the manager. All she asked was 'how long, what shape' ... I picked my color, told her what I wanted. The minute she started working on me she would stop here and there to accommodate other people... that's okay... but as she kept multi tasking her work became sloppy. The acrylic gel was thick and uneven on different places. After she started filing my nails, I thought okay, she will smooth it out. Nope, I had to tell her twice about two uneven nails. I should've told her I wasnt happy with her work but I'm not one to cause a scene and nor did I have the time to tell her how to look at both hands and make sure the nails are even length. Now I sit here with a fresh set of different looking hands. read more

This nail place is pretty good. I called looking for an appointment for 3 people on really short notice and the manager was super nice and squeezed us all in. They did a great job and the lady who did my nails really did a great job. It is a small place but family friendly. While we were there there was a 13 year old girl having a birthday party with a bunch of her friends! They were being really well cared for and it was pretty cute to see. read more

H2O Nails Spa - Love my french acrylic nails with gel top coat I love!!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Glendale, California

I went here yesterday morning to pretty myself up for an event later that evening. I went in right when they opened, so I had no wait. Chawney (I think that was his name) started on my pedicure right away. He was very soft spoken and I have a hard time hearing, so that was a little challenging, but he handled it with a sense of humor. (which is why I am not 100% of his name) He did a fabulous job, and took his time. The massage was excellent! At the same time Lilly got to work on my manicure. She also took her time, and helped me figure out what he was saying. At the end my hands and feet were looking flawless! When my nails were done I met Amy who waxed my eyebrows and upper lip. She also took her time, and did an amazing job! When I left, I felt 100% better than I did when I walked in. I love this place because it's clean, cost effective, and close to my house. The bonus is that everyone is nice, and puts a lot of effort into the quality of their work. read more

Cute place to get your nails done. The ladies are nice. The downside is they only except cash for tip. My pedicure was great. The lady i got was really nice, she didn't hurt my feet while cutting and did a nice massage. I also needed to get my gel nails removed cause it was chipping after 4 weeks! So i asked her to remove them, cut, buff and clean up my nails as if i was getting a manicure but without a polish color. It was horrible. she took the gel off but my nails are completely uneven! it looks horrible! plus she didn't even fix my cuticles, she put some oil on my nails and said done. No lotion or massage. I didnt like this particular girl. The girls are nice but you need to make sure you get a girl who knows what she is doing. read more

Love this place! It's next to Zelly's, a fav coffee shop of mine, so I wandered in to get some waxing done. Very friendly, quick, and cheap. I will definitely be back. Go visit! read more

First time here and I felt like they did a very job job. Tracie (the owner I believe) took off some acrylics quickly and relatively painlessly. She also did my gel manicure and did a great job. She did what I asked and only gave advise on how to make it look better. I've been to other places where they just flat out say they won't do something. I will be going back. read more

I'm not returning here again. This is the second time I've caught them using unclean used tools. I wish the health department would crack down harder on these places! Disgusting. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I came here to get my nails done quickly at lunch. The woman painfully scraped the gel off my nails for one hour (a whole hour). I didn't even get a chance to get new polish because I had to go back to work. She charged me $17 to take the gel off my nails!!!! This woman ruined my nails beds and now there are craters, for $17. Then instead of charging $17 on my card she charged me $117!!!!! Someone else ended up voiding the transaction. But, seriously???? $117! Oh and BTW it takes a week for the charge to fall off. I don't give a f*** if they voided the transaction, your job is to pay attention to detail! Anyway avoid this place like the plague. read more

First off I started this experience with one of the rudest nail lady's , it was honestly the worst most uncomfortable manicure her nails were so long she kept scratching my hand and arms she cut me twice and didn't apologize or even put any dis infective on it when you usually get the lotion and Massage she put like a drop of lotion and kept rubbing it in which hurt then I asked about the hot towels she just hands me one warm towel that smelled ... My toe lady was nice how ever I asked her 20 F**cking times not pick at my toe it was hurting me , my toe is oozing puss red and hot throbbing I went to the DR and they said they might have to remove it that's how infected it but they said to wait a few days I'm beyond pissed and grossed out by the fact they prob do not sterilize the items they use on your feet and hands read more

I dont know why all the negative reviews... I've been coming here since they opened & have had nothing but positive experiences. Gel nails last FOREVER & my feet are always primped & primed! been in here 1 time before fair priced and clean so I wanted to come back girls are a little on the somber side thats no prob though . nail work is good I am very disappointed on my second return today i came for a face wax and a color change color change went well my rating is for the waxing i had wax tech has a very heavy handed and hurt my lip line now it is bruised I mentioned to her my concern at the appearance and she had to audacity to say i may have come in this way I am quite angry as it looks bad it is blood thats been pulled through to the surface as she was very sloppy with her wax application she applied large patches of wax and then pulled very large areas at a time again she denies this I will never go back there and this is a warning to all she was not delicate at all and it takes delicacy to do this type of thing I don't know what to do now she did not even offer any Ice or a small discount as she refuses to take responsibility and said it will go away in a couple hours I naturally did not leave a tip for her nail tech was tipped well I was really looking forward to giving this place my business but now i am never going back there . any suggestions ? read more

First time coming here & it was nice. I came with 5 other girls and we all got seated pretty fast. Pretty good color selection. Clean and although it's small there's a good amount of spa chairs. Average service and they've recently increased the price but not the quality. Not a huge fan of this place and only come here when I have too. Worst manicure salon in the area! I get my nails done regularly and I never had such a bad experience. The lady who was doing my nails wasn't even looking at them while filing, so obviously she did not notice that instead of the nail she started scratching the tip of my finger. But the worst part was when she cut my the cuticle and it started bleeding. She acted like nothing happened and didn't even say sorry. SERIOUSLY??? Aren't you suppose to clean the cut with alcohol?! I don't even know if they properly clean the tools. So disrespectful!!! Definitely not coming back! read more
