I've come to this location a lot and enjoy it. The machines are always maintained, staff friendly, people coming in are good for the most part. They got tvs you can watch if you want. I never care to though. The downside which can be debatable is they use their own cards for credited washing, drying is free. The biggest gripe while we on the subject is the cards are iffy where you gotta swipe them a couple times usually which sucks but I never had a machine not work on me. Hope eventually they get around to using a better card reader system or whatever. read more

Very nice staff, however we dropped off laundry for 11 people in 11 separate bags and specifically requested that the laundry be returned in its respective bags. However we received all the clothes back in 2 bags. So we had 11 people who had to rummage through each others clothes to piece together their stuff. This included females who now had their personal garments spread across the bags. This was not only embarrassing for everyone but not the service we agreed to pay over $100 for. Additionally they took peoples original laundry bags and did not return them, until we drove back and requested for our bags back. Most people would leave a 1 star review and request a full refund, however the staff were very nice people so I did not request any money back. Just make sure that they understand what you're requesting before leaving your clothes with them. read more

It was a supposed to be 23 minutes wash time but.......... WHERE IS THE WATER? This is 19 minutes in what are my quilts washing in the soap. I had to use the pitcher to add more water. Wash and fold is quick and on point. Clothes were clean and folded nicely. Couldn't ask for a better job.

Poor service. They had an employee helping me but when the machine jammed me and didn't drop my bag down machine, the owner wouldn't reimburse me - even though his employee confirmed it. He did not care to keep a happy customer. My Last visit! read more

The worker turns the washers off before 9:00pm. The door says last wash at 9:00 and I went there at 8:15pm all small washers were off and I was forced to use a bigger washer for more money, SCAM. The worker also closes the side door early. The sign on the door says 8:30 and he closes it at 5:30!!!! THIS place is the bomb! I tried H2o yesterday for the 1st time, as I had 2 weeks of laundry to do post-holiday and it was (a) close, and (b) just newly opened. At first I was kind of "iffy" at the site of $3.49 / load washes (for up to 20 pounds) - but upon learning that the dryers are FREE - well, you do the math as I did: (Roxboro laundromat charges $2.75 / load + 20 mins of drying time, which equals about $2.00.) (my apartment building has a laundry center, which costs $1.50 / wash + $1.75 / dryer for 1 hr.) For the money, I'll be using H2o from now on. Other: the parking lot is more than large enough, and well lit. Inside: it was bright, clean, and featured free coffee, free cellphone chargers, and even massage chairs for while you wait! The lady who was (managing?) the store was MORE than helpful, very sweet, and showed me how things worked for the 1st time with a smile. Tremendous customer service, in my book! I'm a fan. This Laundromat is the best ran and cleanest I've used in well over 40 years of growing up in Philly. The staff is friendly and professional . If you have to use a laundromat this place is worth the drive even if you're coming from South Philly !!! You can't put a price tag on quality !!! read more

New, Clean and Friendly! Going to the laundromat is a dreadful task indeed but this place is good. The assistant there is very friendly and helpful. She always cleaning and very welcoming. The prices are reasonable. Free dry of course if you wash clothes there. A space for the kids, two massage chairs, and two phone charging stations with free wifi. I mean how amazing is that! This place is sweeeeeeeet! I normally take advantage of the wash and fold service, but every now and then I break out of my lazy ways and wash my own clothes. I have never had to fight for a machine, there are multiple ways to pay (laundry card, debit card, even Apple Pay!), and they have everything you can think of there just in case you forget something. For about $16 though, I can give them a weeks worth of clothes and get it back, washed and folded in the same day... you tell me what you would do lol ‍ read more

Today will be the last time I patronize this business. I have come here for two years and never had an issue until today. I put a small load of white in a top dryer on high for 24 mins and a single hoodie in the dryer dirctly underneath it on medium for the same amount of time. After 24 mins, neither load was dry. I asked the attendent to clean the lint tray. He "explained" to me that my clothese did not dry because I didnt have enough clothes in the dryer and had I put more clothes in, then everything would be dry. What??? He kept trying to convince me that it would take less time to dry more clothes than a single hoodie. I then went to the owner (old man) and explained that I needed the lint trap cleaned and what the attendent told me. Instead of cleaning the trap, he kept folding clothes and told me that "sometimes clothes stick together" and thats why they dont dry. What??? I told him that makes no sense and that I had one hoodie so nothing was "stuck together" with it. He then said "I dont understand" and proceeded to ignore me. I will never give my money to this business again. You would rather lose a customer and tell excuses that make no sense than to simply clean a lint trap. read more
