Parking is extremely limited, which already makes the visit frustrating. Inside, everything was noticeably dusty--including the seating area. Nothing appeared to be wiped down or maintained. To make matters worse, not a single outlet worked, so charging a device while waiting wasn't an option. I don't know when the last time I was at a laundromat. I was pleasantly surprised at ZLaundry. The place was clean and modern. There is someone on staff to answer and questions or concerns you may have. They have 3 different size washers, ranging in price from $4.25 to $11.65. They also have 2 size dryers as well. They don't use coins, but instead use a reloadable card system. If I need a laundromat again I will certainly use them! read more

How all establishments begin. Nice. Clean. Organized. Orderly. All of the machines work. But give it time. Unfortunately, things don't stay nice in this area forever. But until then I'm jumping ship from the old laundromat I used to use (as of yesterday!). Everything in this place is clean and kept clean! Although, the machines here are a bit pricey I will pay for the added luxury of having them work properly. One suggestion however....they need to add more seating and folding tables. This place gets overcrowded easily and the parking is somewhat limited. read more

This is my second review after doing clothes here a few times and I can say the staff has excellent hygiene and cleanliness especially in Pandemic. Very clean, a little pricey, but everything works well and the staff is polite and pleasant.

This laundromat offers free dries with your wash. It also has wi-fi and several flat screen tv's for your viewing pleasure. Their is a small seating section and flat screen tv for children to sit and watch tv. There are 2 massage chairs. The bathroom is secure with laundry card access only so you don't have to worry about people from the street coming in while your using the restroom. The dryers are hot and the washers get your clothes clean. There is always someone cleaning and wiping down the washers and dryers, sweeping and cleaning up the dust accumulated from the dryer vents. I've tried several other laundromats close to area and none of them compare to this one. read more

I use the drop off service here. It's quick and efficient and well worth it for a small household. It's currently .90 per lb with a minimum of 20lbs required. I'd much rather pay someone to wash, dry and fold my laundry then do it myself. Usually takes 1-3 days to complete. They do a great job and are very professional although not especially friendly. I've used the laundromat before also and it's efficient. The machines all operate using a laundry card which you can reload with cash or a credit/debit card. read more

I've been going to this laundromat for quite some times and I've never had any issues until today. I have a full time and two part time jobs so sometimes I'm not able to get to the laundromat until Sunday nights between 8-9. They close at 11 and the last wash is at 10. I went in today at around 830 and my clothes were done drying by 1045. I was in the laundromat folding my clothes so they wouldn't be wrinkled when the attendant walked over to me and told me that they close at 11. At this point I'm thinking that I'm the only person in the laundromat so I just said ok and let her know that I was almost done and I'll be leaving shortly. It's 11:02 and she tells me that I need to just get my clothes, put them in a bag and leave. I politely told her that I'm almost done but I do not want wrinkled clothes. Now I've worked in retail so i understand that it's the end of the day and you want to go home. I get it, so I was trying not to be rude. She tells me to just put my clothes in the bag at least three more times. Now I'm pissed and I'm ready to tell her off at this point. She leaves me alone after my boyfriend came in with the laundry bags. She then proceeds to say something else...but to my surprise it was directed at another customer. She's telling the other customer the same thing she's telling me and the other customer said the same thing I said, I'm folding my clothes now, I'll be done within the next few minutes. Mind you...this entire time she was cleaning the laundromat so it wasn't like she was waiting for us so she can leave out right behind us. She starts going back and forth with the other customer being very rude telling her to get out. At this point the other customer is pretty much cussing her out. I've NEVER had this experience with this laundromat. This is my favorite laundromat and this incident made me not want to go back. You want our money but you don't want to deal with us. I'll be doing my laundry elsewhere from now on. read more

Used dryers at 8001 Oconto on Mon.11-30 about 10am. Had zcard, check machine to find I had 40 cents still on it. Had two dark clothes and one white wet load to do. Put $5.00 on card . Screen says I have $5.40 on card. Used machines 173, 174, 175. While putting time on machines,less than two swipes ontwo machines card only let me put one swipe on thrid machine. Tried a couple of times. Called attendant. We went to machine to check screen to find out the machine says I only loaded it initially with 85 cents. Sorry, no refunds. Gotta reload card.Mind u only my second time there. Attendant very helpful first. Nice place and all but no recourse if pay machine mishap?? Makes me wonder how many times this may have happened before. The fourth machine I used was to still try to dry my laundry and used different machine (174) One swipe for seven minutes.
