The owner gave me credit for the situation So thinking it was a one time thing I brought it back yesterday, August 10, 2026. I picked it up August 11 and what did I find out? My comforter was wet. It doesn't make sense to me that it happens twice, and although I did call and complain and the owner wanted to pick it up and do it again that wasn't convenient for me and I'm just saying I would never or bring my laundry back here. So make sure you check your wash before you take it home. Make sure it's dry not like me.! GS

In order to do that, I visit laundromats…read more Both of The Laundry Room locations that I've visited (Doylestown and Lambertville) are wonderful. They are very clean, reasonably priced, have plenty of operational machines so they never get too crowded, and they have very convenient hours. They both have a few large machines to handle bigger loads, including comforters and larger items. There's seating (indoor and outdoor) and t.v.s in both spots. Each one has a bit of advantage: - Doylestown has plenty of free parking in front. - Lambertville has Dexter Pay available allowing you to pay through an app. Best of all, the customer service is fantastic. I had an issue (my error) and the owner contacted me immediately after I left a message and followed through until the issue was resolved. Seriously, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! I highly recommend The Laundry Rooms.

My wife and I are in a temporary apartment for two months that doesn't have a washer/dryer, and the nearby laundromat has been closed, so we were in a tough spot. Thankfully ATJ was here for us! They offer a pick-up/drop-off laundry service at a reasonable rate and they're super friendly and communicative. (We tried a laundromat we had to drive to in order to drop off our laundry, and there they offered us basically the same price but the service was terrible!) I'm so happy we settled on ATJ. We hand over a batch of laundry, pay online, and then get it back about 48 hours later. It's great!!
