If your new please speak to one of the attendants they are all so friendly especially Jenny she's awesome. They can walk you through how to use the machines. Keep in mind because they are high efficient machines less detergent is needed. Yes, there is a higher price for warm water but it's only by a couple cents you can always by pass the extra cost by choosing cold water. It's better for your cloths and the environment. My wife and I are in a temporary apartment for two months that doesn't have a washer/dryer, and the nearby laundromat has been closed, so we were in a tough spot. Thankfully ATJ was here for us! They offer a pick-up/drop-off laundry service at a reasonable rate and they're super friendly and communicative. (We tried a laundromat we had to drive to in order to drop off our laundry, and there they offered us basically the same price but the service was terrible!) I'm so happy we settled on ATJ. We hand over a batch of laundry, pay online, and then get it back about 48 hours later. It's great!!
