Do they get all the yellow sap spots, nah, is the interior conditioning even and fully wiped, nah. Do I need to spend time at home wiping the extra conditioner from my seats, dash etc yes, spot cleaning sap drops, and cleaning up water spots on the front and back grill/bumper, rear view mirrors, gas door, yes. i been to this place many times, service was okay before .. But something has changed .. when I drove in and the manager who drove my car in, I drove my car into the washing position, after the wash was done they drove the car dried it. I then proceeded to walk towards the car when they call me to tell me it was done and the door handle was broken when I asked what happened. Nobody will own up to it and said it was like that already. I found them to be liars independent and when things go bad, they wash their hands of it very unprofessional very rude. This car wash is the worst! And it's a shame because it's so close to my house so I've gone there several times over the years. They do a mediocre job at best and are overpriced for what you get. But the last (and final) time I was there I told them not to open my trunk because the hydraulic lift was broken but they opened it anyway and in order to get the hatch to go back down, we had to force it and it broke the hinges on my trunk hatch and now my trunk doesn't fully close. The manager just looked sorry but that was all. I really should have sued them but what a hassle. Anyway, don't trust these people with your car! read more

I have been to this location multiple times, and they always miss a spot. My most recent visit, my side emblem was broken off my car and hidden on the inside. I wouldn't have been so upset if they had just told me straight up. Luckily the part wasn't too expensive, but I never came back after that. I have been to this car wash a handful of times. And I have had a decent experience the majority of the time. However, the most recent time, a few days after I got my car washed, I noticed that my sunglasses and a few other items were missing from my car. Considering that the car wash had been the only spot that I was not the only person inside my vehicle, and I never take my sunglasses out of my car, it seems reasonable that they had been stolen. Yesterday was an absolute nightmare, thanks to HWB Car Wash's complete and total incompetence. I dropped off my truck to be detailed. Simple, right? Except now I'm out $5,000 in golf clubs--including a priceless putter--because their staff couldn't be bothered to close or secure my tailgate properly after unlocking it. Let's be crystal clear: if my tailgate had been unlocked before arriving, my gear would've fallen out on the way there--not on my way home. But no--someone on their team hit the unlock, didn't close it, and just sent me on my way. I drove off, and moments later a stranger flagged me down to tell me my bag had flown out into the street. Turns out someone even scooped it up and tossed it into their truck--gone. When I returned to report this, the employee on-site tried to pass the blame and basically shrugged it off like it was my fault. That's insane. You touch someone's vehicle, you're responsible for it. Period. This wasn't a scratch or a missed spot--this was a total loss of valuable property because they couldn't do the bare minimum: close a truck bed properly. Take your business literally anywhere else unless you want to risk losing your valuables because of carelessness. I trusted them with my truck. Now I'm out thousands and getting nothing but excuses. I had such a great experience here! Christian dried and polished my car, and I can't thank him enough. He took his time, was incredibly thorough, and did an impeccable job. For only $32.99, it looks as though I had my car professionally detailed. This place deserves more stars--they truly do an amazing job and take their time, unlike the Magnolia Car Wash. The only suggestion I have is for each employee to set up a Zelle or Venmo account, in case customers don't carry cash for tips. Just left the place and while it's still fresh in mind let me tell you what happened: I get there around 8:30am, I had a coupon I got in the mail that had a discounted price on the custom car wash, I walk up to the guy and ask "what's better, the custom or the morning special?" He says go for the custom which is $3 more then the morning special, before I hand him my keys I say, "please focus on the inside, like really give it a good cleaning INSIDE, there's nothing in the car right now, so I'd appreciate if you gave the inside a good cleaning." He says, "Okay, okay, yeah! Got it!" I pay, I walk across to the 7/11, grab a coffee. See my car off to the side getting wiped down and I get settled to sit there for like at least an hour while they clean. Nope, after 20 mins, at 8:50, cars done! I'm shocked, I'm impressed that they gave my car a good cleaning in just 20 mins, they must've had several guys workin on it to get it done so fast. I tip the guy a few bucks cause I THINK he did a good job, and I drive off... I'm driving and I notice... my console hasn't been wiped down, my windows are still dusty on the inside, AND I can see streak lines and some grime from my wipers on the outside. I sit there in total disbelief I paid these guys $30 to literally throw water on my car, do a light vacuuming and wipe it down. I got jipped! The owner is basically the equivalent of a slum lord. I had my truck detailed and during that they soaked my amplifier under my seat; damaged it. The stereo shop said the damage was done and I bought a new one. HWB wanted to see the amplifier (like they're stereo experts) and said it was damaged before I came in. I took the amp and the receipt which the stereo company had written their findings and said HWB could call him to confirm. The HWB managers are worthless because they can't do anything without the owners approval and then try to spout his nonsense response back at me, basically calling me a liar. They wet basically blowing me off. I'll have to take this to small claims court and waste my time, but I'll be wasting his as well. I've been going here for over a decade, hell, I'm the Yelp Duke of HWB; My last 2 trips into HWB I spent $200 alone, the amp was $250, so what they'll lose in my business each year makes this foolish business decision, but again; he's a slum lord. read more

I brought my car in for a detail and was told 2 hours. I saw it still sitting there when I left but didn't think anything of it until I called and they said it would be ANOTHER two hours. When I picked it up they had missed several areas on the interior, there was still dirt in the carpet, and in several spots on the car they didn't finish taking the wax off, especially edges. Unfortunately, we paid the tip on our credit card and we wanted to believe that the tip would be given to the folks who actually wash our cars. I found out that they don't actually receive that money and you need to ensure that cash makes it into their hands. I had to go inside and request cash so that I could personally give it to the gentleman who washed my car. I also found out that this is happening all the time. When I dropped off my car I casually mentioned I was looking for a simple exterior + interior wash, and briefly mentioned vacuuming the floors and cleaning out the cup holders. When my car was ready David waved me over and had me inspect the cup holders specifically to make sure it was to my liking before I drove off. He was so sweet and thoughtful. In regard to price, it was definitely much more affordable than most places I have gone to. They have different packages that you can customize based on your preferences.
