I was just like you 4…read moremonths ago I hadn't stepped into a gym in years, looking at reviews on Yelp, trying to find someone who is gonna put me on the right track, and then I stumbled across this same exact profile. His response to my inquiry was immediate and we set up a face to face consultation about what I was looking for and what services he could provide. I went into the gym with a bum shoulder from playing softball and a shaky hamstring to say the least. Over the past few months he has put me on the right track starting from me getting my bloodwork done, which supplements to take, and being on the correct diet to reach my fitness goals. Every week I have shown improvement both mentally and physically. If I ever have a question regarding my diet or a workout his response time is almost immediate. Here I am now 4 months later with the shoulder and hamstring pain gone and looking forward to all my workouts. My schedule is crazy so it's easy for me to do a morning workout. So Sidney Wilson will arrive when you need him. Let me just tell you this. If you want a change and need a push. Sidney Wilson won't hesitate he is going to: shove, drag, murder you, and give you the encouragement to keep pushing yourself. You will go one week saying, "I got this" to him telling you we are: "lifting 90 pounds now." I honestly didn't think I could do that. I would think. this guy is on one today. But he pushed my body to physical gain the strength that I've never seen before. Everyone at work could tell a difference. The moment I got on his diet I felt better, and I felt lighter after four days! Like everything about me. I drank enough water and I was eating the right kind of foods. Of course I hit a mark where I was not loosing anymore weight, and we figured out I wasn't eating enough. If I ever had questions about if something really works or not he would explain how it does. I've gained so much self confidence by working with him. You just need to tell him. What your definition of a healthy body is and he will get you what you want.

It's a big gym with lots of space, a theater, cycling room, weightlifting area, and a good variety of classes. The classes are actually one of my favorite parts. The gym is usually pretty clean and well kept. My only complaint is that it can get packed during busy times, but that's probably because a lot of people like it. Overall, it's a great gym with plenty of options.

Huge shout-out as well to Coaches Michael, Devany, and Abby -- each of them brings something unique, and together they create an encouraging, high-energy environment that keeps me coming back. I came here last week for a trial class, and unfortunately, this was not the type of class I was…read morehoping for. I left after just two stations/15 minutes. I was a bit grossed out by the "cleanliness" and the idea of lying down on the floor to stretch where people walk around in their shoes (there's so much nasty stuff from walking around outside!!). I was also under the impression/told this class was for all levels of fitness, but it seemed like it really didn't matter if we (the entire group) were literally of all different ages and levels of fitness or physique. I thought there would be more individual guidance for the movements we needed to do, but we were pretty much told (after the coach quickly explained each station), to go pick a station and get started. I wasn't sure if the positions I was standing in and sitting/squatting down in were correct or not. There's no way to see my reflection or have anyone who had experience tell me. One of the movements was to squat down while having one leg forward and across diagonally, so the knee is bent and at an angle, sort of like a curtsy position. I feel that because of that movement and not being told if I'm doing it correctly or not, I messed up my knee where I felt some sudden pain behind and around my knee area a couple days later. My vein specialist/doctor did an ultrasound on it today and saw that there's fluid in my knee that wasn't ever there before, and because of that it put pressure on another vein and caused it to "pop". He said it was probably due to straining and if the knee was twisted or at an angle. He mentioned that specifically before I ever said anything about trying out new exercises! Even despite my injury, my rating would probably be the same...the music was SO loud it was hurting my ears a bit, and I really did not want to be listening to club music. There's other music to work out to besides EDM. This just unfortunately and definitely was not what I was expecting based off of the business info and reviews I read up on.

Having tried 4+ personal trainers in the Vegas area, & dozens of others throughout the years, Igor is hands down the most knowledgeable & his workouts are EFFECTIVE! *SERVICE: I've tried 1-on-1 and couple sessions, which are a little cheaper. You'll get great service & his complete attention either way (one of my biggest pet peeves are trainers who double or triple their time slot). No two workouts are ever the same, he always switches it up which is great for people who get bored, like me! Igor doesn't just motivate you & tell you what exercises to do, you'll learn a lot & he'll teach you how to build better habits. *SPACE/LOCATION: The gym is actually Anytime Fitness. Clean enough (nothing impressive), has showers & unisex restrooms. Ample parking, right next to Albertsons. ***BEST PART***- it's never crowded! Maybe 2-3 other people in the gym at most! *PRICE: Cheaper than a Lifetime trainer, more than an LVAC trainer. I know it's cliche but you really get what you pay for- Igor will not only explain WHY but also LISTEN, which is rare. You also have to pay for a gym membership but it gives you access to all their gyms nationwide *OVERALL: Workouts are tough but completely personalized. You'll get a ton of nutrition guidance too, I text him all the time with questions. Igor is professional yet funny, you'll enjoy the sessions despite the tortureeeee! If you have past injuries like me (lower back, ankle etc), don't compromise & don't listen when most trainers tell you to push past the pain! It shouldn't hurt, listen to YOUR body Would only recommend Igor if you're ready to commit. It's not easy & certainly not cheap but if you want results, I would not go anywhere else. PS- bring your own towel & toiletries if you plan to shower. They have filtered water fountains but I'd bring water too.
