Eric and his team are phenomenal. Not only do they work well together, the treatment that is prescribed has been incredibly helpful. He asked me about what was bothering me and after performing some assessments and asking what my goals were he went to work. My goal was to be pain free and regain my mobility so I could continue to stay active and keep playing softball at a competitive level. Mark at the Horizon Ridge location did a thorough evaluation, set me up on a plan for at home exercises and a couple times a week at the office and after a few weeks I was back to doing all the things without any issues. Also very important to me is that if it flares up again I am now equipped with the knowledge to handle it at home if needed. He and his team were really great to work with, the atmosphere in the office is fun but still gets the work done! Definitely would go back if needed.

I left at the time I would have left if she had been on time and given me the amount of time to demonstrate and serve me. I did a no show the next appointment time. They told me that I would have to pay $50.00 because I did not come. The original agreement was $35.oo if you were there and had been served. First I think they owe me an apology for being a half hour late and wasting my time to come and sit 30 minutes early. Therefore, my no show should be a wash. I have been going to this establishment for approximately 9 months, They should be accountable for the clients or customers time. I thought this was not professional or quality.

They wanted to bill my lawyers $250 an hour instead of what my insurance company was paying them which was $65 an hour plus my $50 co-pay. I left that day without being assessed or treated and they still charged me a co-pay and billed my insurance. Told me if I want the best care that I should do a lawyer's lein going forward. So I have health insurance that I'm already paying for and they said they would accept but went back on their word so they can bill me two times the amount. On top of that they didn't cancel my copay charge and still billed my insurance.
