This is my neighborhood H-E-B, so, I'll TRY to be as unbiased as possible, (sorry if not completely unbiased, have known this location for around 40 years, so, yeah). I know this H-E-B like the back of my hand, I can tell you what item is on what aisle. It's annoying when they move things around trying to better merchandise for customers, all it does is confuse. That said, variety is more catered to the area it's in. Not too many high end brands of food or drinks or things like that. They usually have more of the Hill Country Fare brands of items as well as the H-E-B brand items. This is a great location to find your "combo locos" and H-E-B's famous yellow coupons. I will say this though, I work in retail merchandising, I have for many years, (not for H-E-B though, wanna make that clear), this location pulls items from the shelves that are on sale, or through a coupon offer. Albeit, not all items, but the bigger tickets savings items. It's so obvious because they're there one week, they go in sale, are gone during the dale, apparently "sold out", then all of sudden appear once the sale is over. Again, I love my H-E-B, be it because I'm used to it, but I like my location. But to find higher end brands, go to another location. To get inexpensive brand items and great deals on food, definitely come to this location. read more
