This store was so clean and well kept and let me tell you I was as astounded at the selection for just about every department this place has! From oriental to Mexican produce they have it all! I like this HEB because I know where things are on the shelves. Its also closer to my house than any other HEB so that makes it a 5 star.

Zero stars. Went to the Pharmacy for Sudafed. A young lady showed me long acting, but needed short acting. She said let's look on the shelf, but the shelf meds were different. I tried to point that out, but a couple interrupted us to ask her a question, the went on for several minutes. When she turned in my direction again, I said I wanted to compare the shelf to the long action med in the pharmacy. She said I had to get in the now very long line again. Very nice grocery store with pharmacy and a large variety of items. Fresh fruit, seafood and food to enjoy at reasonable prices. They even offer a pick up area to have groceries placed in vehicle. They also offer grocery delivery. Easy to find and also has plants for the nature lover. ENJOY! read more

This HEB is pretty standard. Very good selection with lots of different options. Staff is pretty friendly. Definitely very packed. All a lot of the time. The parking lot is usually pretty chaotic. They usually always tend to be stocked up and always seem to have a lot of different options, especially the ones that are new on the market. read more

Walked in and the place was clean for being so busy. Great job there. Produce was great no problems there. Was given a good sample by a gentleman named Rudy who explained all aspects of the taco he was giving me. Great job Rudy. Checkout was a breeze. However other than Rudy no other employees that I walked by bothered to say hello, or asked if I needed, or thanked me for shopping as I left. read more

I Don't feel safe at this HEB location. I've been harassed multiple times by the "security guards" in the parking lot. Sad part is, I work here as a vendor. I simply do not feel safe when these rent-a-cops are around! They are so aggressive for no reason! HEB needs to reconsider. This review is for their customer service area. It was time to renew my car registration and I had the inspection part taken care of. Now it was time to get my sticker. There were only a few people in front of me since it was the morning on a weekday. The person behind the counter took my paperwork, I made made my payment, and literally within several minutes I had my registration taken care of for another year. This location is relatively new, they tore down the old one and built a new one, almost exactly the same right next to it. Unfortunately when you enter this location you don't see any evidence that it was built within this decade. It just doesn't look like a fresh remodel. Additionally the parking lot and the entry and exit ways to Marbach Rd. and the access road are set up in a way that make them hazardous. There's way too much traffic to just rely on a stop sign and no controls on left/right turns. I'm giving them one star for simply being an HEB with good pricing and another for the selection. This location is a Plus so it's got everything under one roof. The problem comes in with the overall experience, the look of the facility aside there are always lines and the customer service is friendlier at other locations. This location is only two miles from my house but the one on Potranco Rd. is where I usually go since it's only an extra five minutes drive and I usually have a five or four star experience at that location. I don't understand why there's a difference as I think the one on Potranco Rd. is actually busier. Bottom line is I shop elsewhere. read more

The store was in good shape, clean and organized. Prices as always are good and the selection is vast. My shopping experience was great until I encountered the employee that was at the check stand. He was super nice and friendly while ringing up a female employee, but when I got up and tried to make small talk.. I got the Stone Face in return. read more

I love shopping at this HEB don't get me wrong, but this past experience I had was not the most pleasant. My husband and I decided to try their Curbside service for the first time. It was nice to get everything picked out and paid for and all we had to do was show up. When getting there the lady who helped load the groceries was very respectful and even gave my husband a free cup for Father's Day. Everything seemed to go smoothly. It wasn't until we got home and started unloading the groceries that we noticed all kinds of mistakes and missing items. It was one thing, and then another, and then another. At least 5-6 items that we paid for did not make it home with us. We decided to call the store and see if maybe it was left behind in the pick up. He told us he had no record of it and everything we ordered we got and there was not a lot he could do for us since it could not be proven. Now if it was just one thing I would blow it off and just replace the item at a later time but it was several. The curbside option might be okay for picking up a couple items on the way home but I think I'll do my own major shopping for now. Thanks anyways! read more

Our HEB Stores are at Potranco or Bandera. We were in the vicinity so we stopped at the Marbach location. Produce section was disgusting. I had a flashback of the 60s Mercados. Why do customers have to dig in through baskets of rotten or dehydrated limes, lemons, kiwis and many other fruits? Looks like management doesn't care since we have express our concerns directly to managers and nothing has been done to correct. Glad to see Valley High move forward and I promote it; however, Marbach went from an ok place back in the 90s and early 2000s to probably the HEB with the lowest produce quality and customer service in SA read more

Wow how do I start. The people who come here are so rude and inconsiderate. I can't believe the level of harsh people who shop here. They will hit your heels with their carts and literally cut you off. It's like there is no basic human skills in these people. They won't help you and they just walk all over you. I'm shocked how rude the customers are here!! This kid is currently holding onto my cart and making me nervous that he will steal my purse. I said please let go and he just looked at me like I was crazy. The food selection is ok. Lots of good deals. But with the way the customers act ill NEVER shop here again. Wow people get some class and learn how to act in public. Smh read more

I want to let someone know about how I was treated this evening at the heb on marbach. I went in like I do everyday and every year for my Valentine's purchases from the wonderful ladies at the floral department. I went in on Monday the 12th of February and spoke to Olivia who helped me with the purchase of flowers, ten small balloons and 1 huge bear balloon final cost of 199.00. Olivia took me to the register and scanned with the cashier and i payed with the understanding that I would pick it up on Tuesday evening around 1030. I went in with a friend and the floral people recognized me and proceeded to gather all of my purchased items, and on top of that i spent 30 more dollars on candy. I proceeded to exit and a door greeter named T.J. told me to show him the receipt which I did and he goes no for the flowers, I said I purchased these yesterday morning with Olivia, and he goes who, I said Olivia you floral manager, he said who, then he said please move over to the side, oh and By the way your not in trouble, and I said I know I'm not in trouble, I'm not trying to steal anything and I paid 200 bucks for these, I couldn't find the receipt so he acted like I was stealing and was very protective of the cart and I said let me go to my car and find the receipt. What really pissed me off was that as I was at my car he was grilling my girlfriend about me paying for my stuff and she said for him to leave her alone and wait for my friend to return with the receipt, he proceeded to question her still after she said to wait for the receipt. I was liveed so I handed him the receipt and he just scumbled it up right in front of me and proceeded to go into the office, so disrespectful to me and my friend he could have at least apologized for the inconvenience but not even that, I go there twice a week and I do all my holiday floral shopping there, with sams club down the way and cheaper floral prices I still go to heb to purchase my goods. I'm really considering changing where I shop, heb a billion dollar company......one customer I'm sure wouldn't put a dent in your cash flow. Have a great day read more
