Then the little arm lifts up and you're out. You can rent a lot of tools inside but it's a bit expensive if you rent it for a long time. They sell wood and do milling, so can cut it for me. But they're only open Monday to Sunday.

The forklift broke down 3 days into using it, but that is not the reason for my dissatisfaction. I tried to call the day it broke down, but I'm sure they were closed since it was after 5 PM on a Friday so no one answered. We attempted to use a different forklift of ours, but that one broke down too. When we called to either have someone from their team bring us another forklift or repair the broken one, Steve was extremely unprofessional. He first began by accusing us of lying by asking why we didn't report it as soon as it broke down. Then, he becomes adamant that it wasn't running correctly because it was out of propane, which wasn't the case. Then, he starts to threaten me on what it's going to cost to get someone to come and assess needed repairs. The whole time he was being very accusatory, unprofessional, and rude. Eventually, I told him to just arrange for someone to come pick up the forklift. If he's a "manager" for this company (as he stated), they are in very bad shape. I am going to STRONGLY recommend people to never rent anything from this business and will personally NEVER rent anything from them again.
