HIs office removed two payments on different dates without authorization. They would not return our funds and our checking account was thrown into over draft because of "a staff member's mistake." During the winter storm this year one payment was drafted without authorization and caused us to not even have grocery money. We have been with his office since 2014 and the problems are reoccurring. We have had several claims and when we called to talk to him about making changes to our policy he feels the need to list off each claim and "the amount of money that we cost Farmers." He is a horrific example of an agent. We have since switched agencies and are confident that Farmers would not want their name smudged do to this agency. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
