Then they said we were getting only a couple hundred dollars back, but wanted to charge us over $600 just to file with them! So, we went to a CPA. The turnaround wasn't as quick, but we got over $1100.00 more! They really don't know what they are doing and charge way too much! Also, the person who finished our return (because the original person couldn't do it), said we shouldn't expect much for a return and could afford to pay the costs to them because we are "upper middle class".
