I cannot recommend Coker Legal highly enough. My experience with Attorney Lauren Cardmone was…read moreoutstanding from start to finish. She made the entire process incredibly straightforward and was clear every step of the way. Whenever I had questions or concerns, she was always available and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. My ex and I completed the paperwork packet they provided and returned it, and Lauren handled the rest, putting everything together professionally and efficiently. Once everything was finalized, she even walked me through how to file the documents online myself, which saved both time and money. What truly sets Lauren apart is her integrity and genuine care for her clients. She originally helped me set up and manage my child support payments, and then, three years later, when it was time to terminate those payments, I sent Coker Legal a $900 payment to help me with the process. Instead of simply taking my money, Lauren personally explained that I could handle it myself, showed me exactly what to do, and refunded my payment. How awesome is that? In today's world, it's rare to find professionals who put people ahead of profits, but that's exactly what I experienced with Lauren Cardmone and the team at Coker Legal. Their professionalism, responsiveness, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond are second to none. If you're looking for an attorney who truly cares about her clients and will guide you every step of the way, I wholeheartedly recommend Coker Legal. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer friends and family to them.

I have been i business for over 30 years and would never speak to a new customer referral the way this person chose to speak. He told me he was only interested in making money and that if i wasn't going to listen to his orders that we couldn't do business. I laughed and was shocked this guy the owner of the company had such arrogance to think that the customer is paying his bills and also has say in the matters, but you meet all kinds of poor business people these days and they are diffidently not a CPA firm I would ever do business with nor recommend to anyone unless your the type that puts on blinders and does what they tell you too. I would give this guy a F for flunking if I could. Maybe he just doesn't understand that there is a CPA firm on every corner these days and for sure people that understand that the customer butters the bread and would be happy to have new clients. These people don't understand what it takes to get knew business these days I guess.

I hired Minor and Jester to handle an eviction case for one of my rental properties, and the…read moreexperience was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite the fact that my tenant had not paid rent for three consecutive months, the firm completely botched the case. Specifically, Christopher Henry and Olivia Ponce, who were assigned to represent me, were grossly unprepared for court. Their lack of knowledge of the eviction process was glaring. It was clear from the outset that they had not done their homework, as they fumbled basic questions and failed to present crucial evidence to support my case. To my disbelief, their poor representation led the judge to dismiss the case (you can look it up in the public records for the City of Denton), despite the tenant's clear violation of our rental agreement. The lack of professionalism and competence from both attorneys was astonishing. I expected to work with experienced professionals who would fight for my rights as a landlord, but instead, I was met with a careless and disorganized defense that ended up costing me time, money, and a resolution to the situation. The only reason I'm giving them a two star review is because they were quick to issue the refund of the retainer fee and the consult fee, thus admitting their error. Do you want to be their next mistake?
