What used to feel like a helpful agency slowly turned into a frustrating experience full of delays, poor communication, and unnecessary fees that other agencies simply don't charge. After more than a decade with them, I finally moved all my policies to another agency that actually responds, explains things clearly, and doesn't make me chase them for basic service. My coverage improved and my costs went down the moment I left. I stayed loyal for a long time, but Goosehead stopped delivering the level of service I expect. Based on my experience, I can't recommend them anymore.

I called them making them aware of it and they wanted to jack up the price over $400.00, mind you that was the lady agents fault and mistake not mine. So, why should I have to pay for her mistake ? That's why insurance companies carry E & O insurance for these reasons alone, it's Errors and Omissions coverage. So afterwards they terminated my homeowners insurance ! How low can an insurance company go ? They didn't want to use their E & O coverage rather put the burden on their customer then drop them.
