American Debt Relief didn't "relieve" my debt so much as let my credit crash and burn, then…read moredrip-feed vague promises while I did the work of babysitting their system. I paid every two weeks for two years (52 payments) without missing once, and the "support" experience was still chaos: repeated calls, conflicting answers, "it'll be done this week / next week / 3-5 weeks," and then... nothing. Their portal and reps constantly contradicted each other. I had to fight to stop an unauthorized scheduled draft, get escalation, and put a bank block in place because nobody could reliably cancel payments they said shouldn't exist. The only consistent thing was hearing "it's a system issue" while I burned time and stress trying to get basic confirmation in writing. And the "settlement expertise" pitch? Not impressed. They took forever to produce weak offers. Example: a Chase account they couldn't settle after ~18 months (best offer was $4k+ on ~$6,855). I handled it myself and got a settlement for $1,371.15. That tells me the value add is nowhere near what they charge. If you use ADR, understand what you're signing up for: credit damage first, then slow, opaque processing, and you may still end up doing the negotiating and audit trail yourself. I'm relieved it's finally closing, but I would not recommend this company based on the execution and communication.

She has always treated me like a friend and has taken care of my needs and with a lot of pleasure. She always follows up and follows through! This is my second time dealing with Lendmark and it is all because Alice was taking care of a problem I was unaware of and then offered an option to refinance and get some cash back. This came after multiple options offered by her and her team in the past and I not only recommend her and Lendmark but tell you that you will see for yourself what it means to be treated well and with class no matter your credit situation! No pushy tactics and truly a gem in a field of lenders just numbering cattle. A+++

Review of their Bedford office…read more I cancelled a Renters Policy January 2020 after purchasing a house in Dec 2019. Everything seemed fine, but I was concerned that I hadn't received any paperwork. I called and the office staff (new) said they had my request, they tead back the dates and notes and I was told someone would take care of it. Fast forward to May 2020 I called again another NEWER person said I needed to send an email request. No, unacceptable. This had gone on for months and these people keep giving the run-around. The policy originally was written for May, I cancelled early in January. Imagine my surprise in July when I receive a statement for a renewed policy dated June. This office is shady and unprofessional. Cannot recommend.
