After chasing them down and getting their tag number we were able to get ahold of their insurance company (Fred Loya). We submitted our car for repairs on November 28th and we were told we would have to pay for our rental car out of pocket then be reimbursed. They estimated the repairs to take two days. (which is possible, it takes two days to tear down and inspect the vehicle) So we paid for the two days out of pocket. Well the repair shop found more damage and submitted a supplement to Fred Loya. They took their sweet time approving it so we were stuck lying out of pocket for another week in the rental. We finally got Fred Loya to set the rental up on direct billing but once we tried to submit the receipt from enterprise for the $324.79 we paid out of pocket. They told us they were not responsible for the extra days in the rental and were only going to reimburse us for the estimated two days. After trying to work it out with this company directly they manager became uncooperative and angry. So we are now perusing other routes to get our money back from this no name half assed insurance company. Avoid any kind of business with this company they are all crooks and find ways to wiggle themselves out of paying for anything. I hope this whole company goes bankrupt. They should not be permitted to do anymore business.

They canceled her from our policy on the 2nd of February 2022 and we didn't find out until my daughter went to pay her insurance today. They say they tried to call me once. No emails, no notifications on app, no calls to my wife or even to my daughter. She's been driving around without insurance all month and this office barely even tried to let us know. Communication has been a problem with this office since day 1 and the only reason we hadn't switched yet is that it is a pain to do so. (which they apparently count on for customer retention) If you turn your GPS off for 2 seconds Statefarm sends you an email and the app blows up your phone. Full on Defcon 5 status. They drop a driver off your insurance and its crickets. If you have to get Statefarm (god why?), do yourself a favor and find another office to get your policy through.

I called State Farm main number and they said I had to speak to this agent in order to cancel it. Tried since September 24 finally got a hold of them two days ago and they said they would cancel it and call me back and never did. I personally think you need to stay away from this Agent.
