You would think 15 years of loyalty would mean something. But not this company. I estimate I must have paid close to $30,000 in premiums over the years, and these people did absolutely nothing to advocate for me. So I asked my agent why would I stay with your company after a 33% rate increase for the next 3 years. This ass had the nerve to say "because we're awesome!" Not in my book.

I called in for tow assistance at 10pm... I was sent a text 3 minutes later stating they were trying to find a provider. 30 minutes later nothing.... So I call back with a tow claim number and provide that information and a new person answers and tells me the exact thing--- but as if I've never called before. The next customer service agent tells me that they will start to look for a toe and will get back to me in 10 to 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, nothing. I called back another customer service person answers the phone and tells me again that they will start to look for someone for a tow and should expect a text back in 10 to 15 minutes. It's now been over two hours and nothing.... Three agents told me they could not find a tow service in the area to pick me up and asked me if they could come out at five in the morning which is about six hours from now. Unacceptable. I called a service on my own and paid for it out of my own pocket. I am now home, 30 miles away from where I was stranded and Allstate has still yet to call me to let me know they have found a tow service. It's pretty odd that I was able to find one on my own but they were not able to. Thank you Allstate for being a great partner.

I went into Mr. Dobler's office in March of 2022 to meet him and show him my previous years tax return. He seemed nice enough. I made an appointment and he told me the fee would be around 300.00. During the appointment I asked for several copies of of my information (I did not want to leave the only copies I had there). when I asked for a copy of my brokerage account statement from charles schwab he actually slammed his hand down on the desk, grabbed the statement and walked out of the office. I was shocked and should have canceled the appointment right there. When he came back into the office he told me he didn't have time to make anymore copies and to leave everything with him. I asked him when he would be finished with my return and he told me about two weeks. Ridiculous, I used the same accountant for 25 years before going to Mr. Dobler and it never took longer than 3 to 5 days. In fact, one year my previous accountant did my taxes in front of me and it took him about 30 minutes. After two weeks I didn't hear anything so I called Mr. Dobler and told him I needed some of my paperwork because I was trying to get a loan for a rental. He told me to come in around 2.30 pm and he would have my return done. Honestly, I don't think he had even started on it. When I arrived I found out he was charging me 441.00 When he told me at our first meeting the charge would be around 300.00. Not only was he rude, the service was terrible and he ripped me off on the fee. Wayne F. Lodi, Ca
