I usually get my taxes done with Luis but seeing that he was a little busy I was seen by Karen, I believe her name was. She was really friendly and really fast when it came to doing my taxes. She's professional and genuinely wants to help you. She was thorough and asked applicable questions in order for us to receive a good size refund. After waiting 21 days to get our IRS refund we were told by the IRS that something was wrong with one of our prior years tax returns.
