I'm used to the H&M in the Sawgrass Mall but this one in the Pembroke Lakes Mall was clean with wide aisles. Prices are perfect for work, casual clothes, and swim wear with a big accessory area. The long casual dresses are my thing and there were many. read more

They have some decent clothes at decent prices. I don't like the fact that I can't go into the fitting room with my minor daughter. The dressing room is also co-ed. I had to sit out. Not safe at all. They should really revisit this rule especially for parents with kids trying on clothes. That made me very uneasy. Lines are extremely slow but the guy that checked us out was nice. He offered to look up my H&M membership number to plug it in at check out. read more

I like this store soooo much! While I don't care for the mall shopping experience, this store is fantastic! It's like a small department store, with women, men, juniors, and children's clothing, as well as shoes, handbags and accessories. The quality isn't great, but you get what you pay for, right? And you can really find some super bargains here, so you can stock up; especially for your tween. That was what brought me in--looking for some cute inexpensive pieces--which I was fortunate to find. There were several clerks throughout the store, and the manager jumped to take over a register when it got really busy. I was over the moon! The one thing I wasn't happy about was, that although the fitting rooms were spacious, lit and had great 3-way mirrors, they were unisex. So I wouldn't part from my daughter into separate rooms. Will I return? You better believe it--some things are worth trading off on, and this last one is worth a little tweak. read more

Pretty decent store. Yesterday was my first time actually purchasing something. I usually walk in and never find anything that interests me. However, yesterday I was looking for some biker shorts and out of every store I went (not many options) they were the only store that had any. Checking out could be a little better. All of there registers were open but I was the lucky one to get in the line of the young lady walking a customer through the process of downloading the app, registering on the app to get a 10% discount. Not to mention it was two of them. The young lady to my right checked out 4 people before it was my turn. I can tell that she noticed because she kept looking from me to the employee. By the time I was ready to check out, I wasn't interested in joining the club for any rewards. The store also had a children's location but I was kind of in a hurry and didn't get a chance to wander over there on that side. Overall I think it's a decent store. I do not see what all of the hype is about but that's just me. read more

I was gifted an H & M gift card for my birthday and I went to browse the store at Pembroke Lakes Mall for new tops while my husband browsed the men's dept. An associate in the men's dept was very helpful and courteous; he helped my husband find what he was looking for. I found a couple of outfits I liked and wanted to see how they might look on me before heading to the fitting room. There are NO mirrors anywhere except way in the back of the store! Very Inconvenient. I did find the store's selection and value to be good. Just one snag - Customer Service associate at the check-out counter treated us like she was doing us a favor by just being there. She hardly looked up to acknowledge us. I had a question she totally disregarded, she rang up the sale, bagged the items, did not say thank-you, never looked up, and didn't even attempt to hand the bag over. Just left it on the counter for us to grab. What??! We noticed she did the same to the customers before us. The store was not busy at all, it wasn't as though she had a long line of people she would need to check out. H & M at Pembroke Lakes Mall needs to be a bit more selective with whom they hire. I'm a fan of this H&M for a few reasons... One, they are well organized and very helpful. One thing I find very disappointing is trying to shop and find items through unorganized clothing racks. I use to work at a mall and that was one of my biggest nuisances. Two, the employees seem to work together to provide quality service to their shoppers. The other day I was shopping with my son and a crisis arose around the system. It resulted in the registers not being able to print receipts. The young man in charge handled the situation in a calm manner and did his best to keep the customers happy. And lastly, I like how neat the store is no matter what time of day I shop. However, they could pay more attention to the fitting room. They do a good job clearing and organizing the 'do not want' racks but, they could do a better job keeping the floors swept and cleared of debris in the individual fitting rooms. That would make a huge difference in how it feels. I don't like taking off my shoes to step on the floor at all. Seeing dust build-up is not my idea of cleanliness. Overall, I continue to go back because of my shopping experiences. I always find something for either myself, my husband and my kids at a great price for a family my size. read more

I wasted my time picking up clothes to then find out the fitting room was closed and that the employee in charge of the fitting room would not arrived until 12:00pm. The employees could care less... I left... a lost sale for H&M. read more

It pains me to give an H&M store such a low rating, but good heavens, this was such a disappointment! This is one of the smallest H&Ms I've seen, and the lack of selection is proof. I have always been able to find at least one thing to buy when I visit their stores, but this was the first time I've walked away empty-handed. My friend decided to buy a hair accessory, so I stood with her in line. Talk about disorganized. Instead of having one line form, the cashiers didn't seem to care that several lines formed, leaving the customers confused and frustrated. I've longed for the day that they would open a Broward location, but sadly it appears that I will have to continue going to either Aventura or Palm Beach Gardens. read more

H&M is pretty big and lots of variety of clothes on women and men. Every time I go there, there are a lot of things on sale. They also have a lot of seasonal (Christmas clothes) right now. I guess not many people are buying them here. This place is pretty busy on weekends so expect a long line to pay. When I went to the dressing room that one time, it smelled. I realized some other stores have this problem too. I hope they solve this problem soon. I wanted to hurry up and leave. Some of staff people are nice and some of them are just there. Don't expect too much from them. If you want to find some cheap clothes, this place is it. Lots of things on sale! read more

Not a big fan of this location. I been to the one on Lincoln Road and the one in Aventura, which in my opinion, has way more options. I rather wait in the longer lines and go through all that crazy traffic to shop in those other locations. This Pines location never seems to stock nice dresses or going out clothes in general. Just a large variety of "the basic" plain tee attire. Don't waste your time here. The store is always messy, and not a huge selection of clothes. read more

Definitely the worst of the H&Ms in the South Florida area. Yes, though one story and easier to navigate, it truly limits the selection that I'm used to from the other locations in the area. Though I've been working since I was a teenager this store is being entirely ran by really inexperienced crowd. I've been to at least ten different locations and this is by far the most unorganized, and for such a small store too. I got an attitude from the girl working the dressing room to top it off. Also, I feel like this store stocks for a suburban demographic. Seems as though they carry the blandest of merchandise in comparison to the other locations. They should have opened a Fort Lauderdale location. Way to drop the ball H&M. read more

I came in here two days back to back and also had been in once before, all the times the store looked clean and organized (except the men's underwear and socks section), but never got a "hello" or "can I help you with anything?" from any of their employees. Today in specific a girl who works there saw me looking through the men's underwear and just kept going. I wanted to ask if they had any others in the back or anything, but she was gone with the quickness. Once at the register the people who attended me both times were nice, no complaints there. I think they just need to work on their customer service with the people on the floor. read more

While I admit, this place does have some stylish clothing, the fashions here are a but contrived for me and I wasn't feeling it. It almost felt like a high end knock off store. Unlike most stores, there are alot of different designs here that don't necessarily hold a store wide theme. Nice updated clothing for some but I'll pass. read more

H&M - H&M @ Pembroke Lakes Mall - Men's Clothing Near Me - Pembroke Pines, Florida

Sunday, October 9th at 5:50 p.m. The manager at the Pembroke Lakes Mall refused to accept my unworn white tennis sneakers I purchased from the Lincoln Road store, despite the item being unworn and with the original tags intact. According to the manager (I didn't get his name, but he might have been Latino or biracial, and he was wearing a Nirvana t-shirt with a grey woven shawl) he said the item was "unsellable". First he tried to tell me he wouldn't be able to offer me a full refund because of some dust/lint on the shoes. I explained that was the condition the shoes were in when I purchased them on Saturday, October 8th at 6:04 p.m. from the Lincoln Road location and that several of the shoes looked like that. Despite the fact that the soles were completely white and I had my receipt, he still refused to issue me a refund and told me I'd have to return them to the Lincoln Road store. If an item is defective but the customer still wants to purchase it, the cashier can sell it at a discounted price, which was not the case with my shoes - I paid full price, which means the cashier had enough common sense to recognize that the condition of the shoes did not warrant that type of discount. So, because this manager was being combative with me on the matter, I asked him to please call the South Beach store to explain the situation, in hopes there was a way to resolve this without having me to drive to South Beach...NOPE!!! Instead of a chain retailer accepting an item that met the conditions of their posted return policy, I was forced to drive 45 minutes (each way) in order to make this return at the original store it was purchased at - I wasted a quarter tank of gas, paid road tolls, and paid for parking to accomplish this. Once I arrived at the store, I pulled several of the same shoes from the display, all which had large amounts of dust or stains on them, to show the manager. He was gracious enough to make the return and apologized for the experience. It was that simple, and I still don't understand why the Pembroke Lakes manager was acting like such a dick about it, considering how messy and gross his store always looks. I took photos of the shoes I pulled from the display and will be posting them across all social media platforms, send an email with photos attached to the store, send an email to the District Sales Manager, and send a letter to corporate. The irony of all this is I never shop at H&M, but needed inexpensive shoes to get dirty at the iii Points festival in Wynwood that night, that way if they got too messy I could throw them out. But H&M's clothes and accessories are so subpar that the shoes weren't good enough to be utilized and disposed of. Regardless, H&M is a horrible company that does not practice ethical treatment to it's factory workers, and leaves a considerable carbon footprint. I wish everyone would stop buying from fast fashion retailers because it's absolutely disgusting how wasteful their business is. Plus, the clothes are shit quality. read more

Customer service is really lacking at this location. I needed assistance finding a pair of jeans, the section was in complete disarray. I went to look for an associate and didn't see one nearby so I asked for assistance in the fitting room. She called for assistance for me and I went back to wait in the jean section. Waited 5 minutes and no one came, went back to fitting room, she paged for assistance again. When the associate did show up to assist me, I asked if she could help me find a particular pair of jeans; she said if I didn't see the style or size I wanted then they don't have it. Mind you the section was so disorganized, I was just asking for help to sort through it. I then asked her get her supervisor and then told her maybe he or she can assist me with looking for my jeans. She then offered to help me. I told her no thank you and I went to the cashier and asked for a supervisor. The cashier called for a supervisor then proceeded to ask me to tell her why I needed a supervisor. I told her I was fine but wished to speak to a supervisor. She then approached me while I was waiting to say that she really wanted to know why I needed a supervisor and that she was just being nosey. Really!!!! She called the supervisor twice and then had to go and get him after I had been waiting for almost 15 mins. I like H&M so I'm not being realistic if I say I no longer will shop at H&M but I can say I will no longer patronize the store at Pembroke Pines. read more

I don't usually write reviews for clothing stores, but this one definitely warrants one. Every time I come here the service is always shotty and I end up waiting for someone to either help me or check me out. This coupled with the fact that the mens section totally sucks, leaves a lot to be desired for. The problem is I have a bunch of gift cards and I need to use them(Spoiler alert! You can't use gift cards online). So I guess I have to keep putting up with H&M. The good news is if you come on a week day this place is always dead in the morning! read more

This store is atrocious. The men's department looks like a bad version of an outlet store. I did not see one employee on over 20 mins of me being there in the men's department. It's a mess, clothes everywhere nothing makes sense. Hard to shop and hard to find your sizes this store needs help. I walked out and taking my business elsewhere I literally I can't even. The service was fine in my opinion. They asked if I needed help multiple times and gave me appropriate answers. But there are some areas of the store the are a mess. Like the accessories rack is just a big messy pile. Some of them didn't even have price tags anymore. But its still H&M with lots of good sales as always. read more

You could rot away and die before getting a cash register. There was 1-2 open and an enormous line, with 3-4 registers available but unused. Apparently they didn't have enough people trained on them. Giving this "store" a one star is an overstatement. Why? That's all I ask. Why does H&M have to have decent prices, but there's no open registers for me purchase my stuff?!? This was the ending of this struggling journey. I know a lot of people go to H&M, and yeah sure, it would take me sometime to get some help, but no help is ridiculous. Today, on a Saturday, NONE of the employees even BOTHERED to help us in the Men's and Children's section. After a grueling forty minutes, we decided to go buy the items we weren't even sure we wanted, to find out we couldn't anyway, because no one was at the registers. :/ This wasn't even the first time that nobody was at the register. Last time a cashier was talking to some people for twenty minutes when he said he would help us. Then he closed his register, so we had to walk to the other half of the store. This location is a joke. It's always messy and disorganization. I went to try to find some bathing suits and bras I took one look at the disaster that is this store and walked out. Whoever runs this should look for another line of work and workers there as well. Other locations are so much better and actually organized. I received a discount card because I took some pictures of my last visit that was just as bad and sent them to their head quarters. I went back to give it another shot and won't be back again! Great clothes, but very poor customer service! Earlier today I saw a shirt that I HAD to have, but there was only one and it wasn't in my size. I then asked a store associate if they had anymore of them and she immediately said NO without barely even looking at it. Well none to my surprise I took about six steps in front of me and saw the shirt on the rack. There's nothing like going into a great store with useless and lazy employees!
