My visit this time was to purchase some children's items but they did not have anything of what I wanted in stock. The department is big but the selection is lacking. The service was non existent. H&M used to be considered a good value, at least for kids clothes, but now you can find same or better in other stores. read more

I used to love this location until today. I would shop for items every few months. Today my husband and I went to return a pair of sunglasses that I bought yesterday. The sunglasses were a little big on me so we went in and I have the receipt and also the tag in good shape that I took off from the sunglasses. Then my husband and I told the associate and stated "I will have to talk to the manager she said". Then the associate spoke with the manager by the name of Mathew who very rude and unprofessional declined to exchange my sunglasses. He said due to the tag being taken off however my husband and I showed him the the tag was in good shape and was not written and could be put back together. He then showed a very non chalant attitude and declined in exchanging my sunglasses. We then left and decided all upset to go to a near optical store and the nice clerk was totally different able to accommodate us in fixing my sunglasses. This is an example how someone from outside your business was more professional and accommodating than Mathew was. He needs to be reprimanded and held at for his action. Please corporate I hope you are reading this complaint. read more

This H&M at Miami International Mall is located near to the main food court and Macy's. This is one of the better H&M stores in Miami. I prefer the selection of attire at this location more than the H&M store at nearby Dolphin Mall. Also, it's much less crowded here and a lot easier to get in and out of. This H&M is fairly large with a great selection for both men and women. Fitting rooms are unisex and located right in between the men's and women's sections. And, by the way, I came here to buy pants. This store was well-stocked on the pants I was looking for which is no surprise in my experience. read more

I like the pants they sell here because I feel like the fabric just feels right. Not always do they entertain me with clean cut wardrobe options but certain blouses have the right cut and are made well which makes it a great destination to come shopping at. Never been a fan of the bathing suits or the shoes but I guess you can't be perfect. Sometimes it pays to have patience to really scan through the racks but again it all depends on what you're searching for. The underwear section is decent and you'll find that some of their shapewear resembles the more expensive brands in material and quality. The checkout lane is always adorned with plenty of perfect add on items that you didn't even know you needed. It's more like an grown up version of Forever 21 in some aspects although it's still juvenile in many ways which attracts plenty of demographics. read more

Out of all the H&M locations I have been to, this is one of my least favorite. I've been there about four times and each visit is about the same. Displays are messy especially in the makeup and clearance sections, misplaced merchandise everywhere you look, employees are extremely unaware of customers, and the dressing room which is the only place an employee will talk to you is very unclean. Makeup or paint or whatever is stained on the inside of the curtains for the dressing room. I was so disgusted I had to take a picture. Over all, this store is small for an H&M and has really poor customer service. You can google what kind of clothes they carry which I like but the service is bad. read more

Similar to someone else's review, I frequent International Mall as to avoid the crowds (and bumping into several people I know) at Dadeland Mall. Now I frequent it even more, ever since H&M opened here! This H&M is a bit smaller than other locations I've been to - South Beach and Palisades Mall in NY. However, there is still a fantastic selection and great prices! I recently have been coming here for work clothes and I got really cute stuff for a decent price -- modern work clothes that I haven't been able to find elsewhere. However, I did notice that the selection of "work" clothes wasn't too too big (as I've seen in other stores), but I still managed to get a LOT of nice stuff. Staff is friendly but every time I go, there is a rather long line and only one cashier. That should definitely be monitored a little better. Other than that, I love coming here! Tip: ask what specials are going on - sometimes (I think during back-to-school) there's a student discount. They also have a program where you get a coupon for donating clothes. I like my shopping to be low key. I don't want to run into half of Miami (which always happens at Dadeland Mall) and I want to get in and out. Thus, I tend to be frequent International Mall for staple stores such as Gap and The Limited. Low and behold, they now have an H & M. Fantastic. This works out great for me! I've been to the H & M on Lincoln and was not a fan. The store seemed small and crowded. I didn't find a thing I liked. However, I went to the International Mall location and found several. This store is roomier and well organized. The store clerks are helpful and courteous. Hopefully that will stick even after the new store opening rush. Overall, I was a fan of this H & M. Plus, like I said it's low key. Win. read more

A brand new H&M without having to fight the traffic to get to South Beach! My prayers have been answered! This location is similar to h&m's I have been to in suburban neighborhoods with a selection of men's women, kids and babies. I know it's the first day but everything was neat and picked up. Fitting rooms had a line so I purchased everything I wanted so I could try-on at home. More reason to come back soon in case something doesn't fit! First day they gave discounts for the first 100 people in line (at noon). Some of us work for a living so I had to wait until I got out of work and of course there were none left. read more

The cocky young staff at this new H&M make it unbearable to even walk by the outside of this store. My wife bought pants and saw them marked down 50% a week later. We simple wanted a price adjustment but the idiot at the register kept insisting that it couldn't be done and if we returned them we would only get back the lower price - EVEN with the receipt. After finding an employee with a clue, we were told that the difference could be adjusted as long as it was within the 30 day period and we had the receipt. The wife decided to return the pants all together and encountered yet another dimwit who told her that they couldn't give her cash back even though she paid using debit. In conclusion. If you don't want to deal with idiots and silly policies, shop elsewhere. read more

Horrible management, The H&M is typically the same as any other H&M, except for the size of the store which in this case is quite small. I had no complaints when it comes to shopping at H&M which is one of my favorite stores, yet when I visited the new one on 107tth ave I was completely turned off. The staff is horrible, specifically one of the managers who was a blonde boy. He was so unpleasant and completely disregarded any questions I had. Not only was he a horrible example of a manager but he was also incredibly rude and disrespectful when another customer who did not speak english tried to speak to him. I have hope that H&M will correct their staff, starting with him or fire him because it was completely unethical for someone to work in customer service and have that kind of attitude. Needless to say, I wont be shopping at that H&M anymore. read more

I took my handicap grandma shopping and wanted to try on some shirts and inside they have like a small chair to sit and they would not allow her even after I said she was handicap and he has the audacity to say there so insignificant I don't even fucking care whatever. This store has a signature style, which I totally adore. I found some really cute tops on my visit today. There's a section in there for everyone, even kids. When I got to the register, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that several of the items I was purchasing were on sale. Wish I had known before! I would've totally gone back for another. There's a great deal on basic tops, two for $10 which are like a tank top with a thicker strap. The material is stretchy and a little longer than most tops. I loved the color selection so much I had to take 4! Their hoodies are also fun and available in lots of colors. Some of the men's hoodies also have some fun patterns and cuts that accentuate broad shoulders. I definitely prefer this location over the H&M at south beach. read more

I went to this location for the first time on a Monday. During the slowest time of day. Figuring I would avoid the typical tourist crowds and get great service. WRONG. Apart that this location is smaller than most, when they pack out the clothes on the shelves. It appears they only have 1 or 2 sizes on the rack. I must have had 3 or 4 employees walking around me without a simple hello. They were too busy checking their hair out in the mirror or talking to each other. One guy was walking around with the same hanger and shirt for 30 minutes. Anyways this lack of service made it very frustrating to find what I needed. I had selected about $300 worth of clothes. But ended up walking out. I won't ever shop there again. The other locations have better service and selection. read more
