I also purchased a jacket for myself... a blue one with black lapel; for which my wife helped me find a white, herringbone shirt, and my first bow ties... it's quite a nice look. It smelled so bad going down the long hallway. Toilet paper all over the floor and 2 stalls weren't clean, if you know what I mean. A woman greeted me and helped me with the return right away. She was almost finished when I told her what had happened. She quickly changed her demeanor, I assume she was on auto-pilot, but my one-off threw her off. She was appreciative of me sharing the information and even took it a step further to write down my order number.
