I visited to pick up some staples to round out my work wardrobe. They had a lot of merchandise, and it was organized by type, size and color. I was able to get a few things, including some cardigans that will keep me warm in the office. I did not have much luck trying to find slacks or dresses - I think that this store is geared more towards younger shoppers, which is fine. I thought some of their styles were quite outdated. They have a large section of workout gear and some brand name shoes (ex: Vans and Converse). for the value i would say it's a 5. i got 5 things for $33. as far as selection goes its hit or miss. they mentioned not taking anything older than 5 years but i felt like most of their selection was extremely outdated with some hidden gems. for all the places you can sell clothing to like hut 8, revolve, and plato's i do believe this is the best one. i took in 3 full marshall's bags and they took 18 items for $77. my bags were still pretty fully as well. all the workers were super sweet! the fitting rooms were clean, however there wasn't a stool or chair to set your clothes on. read more

We took 5 or 6 bags of clothes into see what they might buy. Everything was clean folded nicely and in good condition. They said it would take a couple of hours and they would text/call when they were finished. They took much shorter time called said they did not want anything. They offered to donate everything for us. We said no we have a place we normally donate to we would pickup and we took the bags of clothes back. A day or so after we had gotten home and I was going to pull Out the nicer things and give them to my niece I then discovered all the nicer things were gone along with all the winter sweaters. We called spoke with the manger she assured us they did not take them and she would reviewed the security camera. I suggested maybe they were placed in someone else's bags or boxes. She said no we were the only ones in that day. She sent us the security footage which is blurry at best. She said she would have the owner calls us that has been around 10 business days maybe more. We have not received a call. Basically they stole the clothes from us. We would have pretty much accepted any amount they offered but down right stealing from us I never dreamed they would do that. I recommend not leaving while they go through your things keep a watchful eye and don't leave before you review what you dropped off has been returned if they are buying. I have never been stolen from and lied to like this before. I thought you should be warned. All Of the J Crew stuff was taken, Talbots, Gap, Christopher and Banks, Chicos, Eileen Fisher, Madewell. Wife and I found this place on a whim looking for things for my granddaughter. Amazing selection of men's and women's outfits from head to toe. The prices were often better than n other places like this, more value for the buck! Everyone was extremely helpful and gave great service not only to us but everyone the was in the store. I'm a big fan of thrift buying versus new, especially for clothes. Admittedly I'm not the trendiest person out there so I don't mind if the fashion is current or a past season. On my most recent trip here I was looking for a pair of jeans that I could wear with anything. I do prefer how a designer jean tends to fit me better. The employee showed me where their "premium" offerings were, but sadly not much in the way of jeans in my size. I did browse around while I was there. Here's some items I really appreciated: - great organization throughout the entire store - cleanliness throughout the entire store - new items in addition to previously owned items - they have everything you need to put an outfit together including accessories, shoes and bags Pricing was hit or miss for me. There were some items here that sell at Walmart/Target for prices I thought were a bit high. But they also had some designer items for reasonable prices. I came here on my lunch break one day in search of an affordable outfit for a concert/festival I am going to, and I had a great experience! The racks were a little full, but I was able to navigate the store fairly well. They were having a clearance sale (80%), and I scored a really cute name-brand tank top for only $1.40. I had really great service when checking out as well. They explained their return policy in detail to me and signed me up for their rewards program. The only downside to this is that you can only return for store credit and not a refund, but this may be typical for thrift stores of this kind. I don't have any feedback on the selling experience because I haven't brought any of my own clothes in to sell, but I had a good experience as a shopper! read more

Don't bother going here. We brought bags and bags of nice, mostly new clothes of varying different brands for them to check out. In the end they only took three things. Each thing was new, about $50-90 each. Then they handed me ELEVEN DOLLARS. I asked what did they think they were doing, these were name brand items, and all of them still had the tags. Lady told me that they could only offer $6 for most items, $10 for others. I was shocked. I took it all back. I asked why they didn't want any more and the lady said they only take high grade fashion items. But when I looked through the racks, 90% of it is Shein, Romwe, Polly Princess, or Nasty girl. Plus this isn't even a thrift shop. Most things are above $20. Don't waste your time. read more

This location is a complete disaster. There is a strong, awful stench that hits you in the air upon walking in. They have so much clothing that it is almost impossible to even look through the racks, and is not sorted or stored in an organized way. In addition, the clothing that they do have available is not near the quality or brands compared with other resale stores. Finally, the manager and staff are literally entitled children and extremely unprofessional and rude. Don't waste your time on this resale shop. Went here for the first time last year with a friend to look around. I didn't find much in my size as an XL adult. But there were a few items that stuck out to me. The designer shoes and purses were very reasonably priced. Recently, I've gone back and was looking for an outfit, same issue. Didn't find anything that was cute in my size. It either gave old lady vibes, or something my mom would dress me in when I was younger. Ended up buying a cute pair of shoes that were $24, while it was a nice buy, I never wear the shoes again. I have sold here once, and the person who buys items in was really sweet and helpful. Since it was my first time selling, she guided me on the tablet they have. I brought in one bag of designer shoes, some clothes, and accessories. Maybe 15-20 items, but they took a few items (honestly can't remember how many but there was still a lot left in the bag I brought in), and I got $28 in cash. A little disappointed with some of the nicer items I brought in (like Lulu Lemon shoes, and Nike's), which they didn't take in because the shoe was made before 2020. Yes it did state in certain items within the last four years, but they were in great condition. Regardless of their buying process, and their selection being a little pricey ($20-$25 for a pair of jeans in my size - 14-16), the staff was super friendly and the store is very organized. read more

This store was great at the beginning, they were very fair with what they gave me for my items. Later on not so much. The time before this time I had ALOT of bags with some really nice designer items. I washed and folded. I had 2 silver rings among clothes. They only gave me $42 . I knew right then something was fishy going on. This last time I had like 4 pair of women's dress boots. I received $0. They say they donate the stuff they don't take to St.Louis Donations. I have yet to find it. I truly feel like I'm being lied to. I will never go back again! I tried doing the right thing and donate, they still haven't given me a correct name of the Donation Center. I took two boxes of business casual clothing to the Ballwin, MO store today to sell. Some was clothing I had worn, some was brand new/never worn. I came back later to finish the transaction and was told they wanted nothing I had brought. "Showed wear" was the mumbled explanation. Granted, I HAD worn some of it, but there were some items that had never been worn and all was well-cared for. (Isn't this a USED clothing store??) Honestly I don't care that they didn't want to buy anything....I will donate it to a worthy charity. What I did care about was the condition in which they returned it. I had neatly folded and packed everything into two boxes. They returned both with the clothing "wadded up" and stuffed back into the box. It has to be refolded to even donate to charity. It may seem like a little thing, but the lack of consideration and attitude of the staff toward my nice-but-rejected clothing was appalling. It was rude and inconsiderate. The other review on this site about the staff laughing as they went through their clothing is spot on. My problem, and the management's problem is incredibly poor customer service. I know I will never go there again....and I'm sure I'm not alone in that. read more

Today my mom and I tried to sell some items to the store. I was told the wait would be two hours minimum. As the two hours neared we came back and looked around the store while the girls up front looked through the three bags we brought. These girls ridiculed and laughed at just about every item they pulled out of the bag while we were in the store. This was an incredibly frustrating experience -not worth the two hour wait, distance to drive out there, or $14 I made. I never make reviews on anything. It's fine if you choose to not take my clothes, but these attitudes were extremely unprofessional and not welcoming. I will not be returning to this store. read more

Went to sell some clothing items and was completely lowballed. I brought in 15 items total from name brands such a Brandy Melville, Free People, and Topshop and received only $41 for all of it.
