The cute starts before you even get inside, since this place is inside of a cottage type house... the sign is pretty small, so keep a look out! As soon as I made my way inside I was automatically in an even better mood, because the place is just so darn adorable. Bright colors everywhere, and just the coolest kids clothes I've ever seen. There was a birthday girl dress hanging up on the wall that I would have killed to have as a kid. As Julia pointed out, there's more girl clothes than boy clothes. I found about ten little tiny dresses I could see myself going crazy over once I have little ones (you know, a very very very long time from now.) On the way out, I took a photo of the most adorable formal dress for a baby girl (only $45!) and sent it to my mom, and she thought I was going crazy and bought it for myself for when I have future children. So that's good. But really I just thought it was cute and put it back on the rack... Stop by for clothes for your baby or even a special gift for someone who's expecting. Hard not to smile in this place!

They have a massive inventory of second hand, name brand, and overstock items. The space is poorly organized. Items are grouped by size and gender but that's about where the organization ends. Items are placed on racks and it's your responsibility to hunt through row by row, rack by rack. Pants skirts sweaters shirts all together. It took a good bit of time to work my way through the store. They did offer a plus size section, but this was also haphazardly organized. I came away with several treasures! Brand new and some brand name items. I didn't spend more than $20 for any single item. The tags offer an additional discount off the listed price up to 25,40, and even 80% off. Best part were the fitting rooms. Nothing worse than getting home with a pile of treasure that don't fit or look right. The staff seemed to be fairly limited. But they were friendly and helpful with questions and suggestions.

I got the shoes, opened the REAX and they are worn, dirty and stained. There is white paint or something similar on the bottoms, on the side and top, there is what looks like splattered Cola or coffee. The laces are dirty and the inside of the shoe has fuzz and dirt. I IMMEDIATELY called the Manchester store and "Wayne" answered in the shoe department. He was 10,000% extremely unhelpful, rude and very off putting with his attitude. He blamed it on the delivery service I used, my response was they dont work for Academy, they are a delivery company. He then says well what do you want me to do about it?
