Would rate a BIG FAT ZERO if I could. The owner is Unfriendly and strange and Just an unpleasant nasty older lady for absolutely no reason. She judges as soon as you walk in. ZERO STARS read more

Tina was extremely helpful and insightful. Everything she carries looks brand new and has awesome prices for the quality of items. Lots of Lulu, Hollister, Aerie. I will definitely be back to shop. read more

Sales women are really, really nice and very helpful! Knowledgeable about their goods and products!

My favorite place to get quality thrifted items as well as sell some clothes I no longer need/want. The owner is very helpful and straight forward which I appreciate. Highly recommend. I Will be going to the new location soon to check it out! read more

I hands down highly recommend this business and business owner! First of all I have had a terrible week and was in need of some retail therapy so I drove an hour way to check out the selection of clothing at this shop and it did not disappoint by any means. I half way do not want to tell yall how good the selection of Lulu is because I want to hoard it myself but I guess I need to share lol! This boutique/resell shop has by far the best quality Lulu I have ever seen and the prices are amazing for that kind of quality. To top it off the customer service was amazing, Tina through some shirts with my bottoms that I otherwise would have never paired. She was also very kind to my little boy (giving him toys to play with and a book to take home on our way out). Just an all over amazing experience. Thank you, Tina for being a kind human and making my day. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I do not wait to be here to location. read more

Sending a huge "Thank You" to Tina for all her assistance with my dress emergency. I had couture dress, fitted to wear to a holiday event, however the prednisone injection and subsequent pills I'd been prescribed had me a bit too "puffy" to fit into it Dos Resale is my go to, just to pop in, before going to Frontenac. Tina seems to always have one or two hidden gems! She saved the day with this gorgeous Foravi New York dress, BRAND NEW with tags $525 retail! She sold it to me for $48 and I felt like the "belle of the ball", receiving compliments all evening. Thank you Tina for all your assistance; clutch, jewelry, etc. You literally were a life saver and a wallet saver! I would have spent +$800 at Frontenac read more

DOS Resale Boutique - Used, Vintage & Consignment Near Me - Chesterfield, Missouri

I love this place! The owner is really nice and knows her brands. She's very meticulous about the pieces she sells. There was a skirt I bought from here that was on the $1 rack. I was confused why something so nice was only a dollar and then she explained that there was a loose thread and she couldn't bear to sell something with that flaw for more than that. This surprised me as I've shopped at many resale shops and they normally shrug and say it's "as is" for a reason. She also let me know what stock she's expecting to have, after noticing what sort of things I was looking at in her shop. I like that there is a lot of athletic /atheleisure clothes here as I've started working out more and started to appreciate more comfortable (but stylish!) clothing. read more

So, I am giving 2 stars because they occasionally get cute stuff, a lot of it isn't higher end like I prefer. The best selection of stuff they get is Lululemons. However, they get a 1 Star for buying goods. I brought in a bag with stuff from Free People, Anthropologie, etc and they bought my one pair of Lululemons for 12 dollars. That they will resell for 38-40 dollars. And they had the nerve to put a little thing about donating my clothes. Like you don't have to like my stuff, but that little slip sent the wrong message. I probably will not be buying from here again knowing how badly others got ripped off when selling. read more

This place is amazing! Tina was super kind and helpful! My daughter was having a bad morning, and she took to time to help her find new items and cheer her up! It was our first time, and was an even better than expected experience! We will definitely be back!! Thank you DOS!!!! read more

Owner was awesome! You could say I have a "shopping" problem. So I've been in 100s of stores... this is the first review I've ever written. This was a week ago.. I was in a huge hurry to get to my daughters cheer tryouts and had to stop by a store last minute to grab some athletic clothes. She greeted me and immediately helped me grab some items. She quickly showed me the SUPER ORGANIZED sections and helped me. I made it in time to get my daughter! And she absolutely loved the outfits she chose. I even questioned some of the sets. She's like trust me she'll like...lol... I did. And my daughter said it's the best job I've ever done shopping for her! Lol Love this store! Will be back! read more

What a great place! Owner was very nice and super helpful. Lots of nice stuff to choose from and you can't beat the prices. Fantastic place for Lululemon. We will be going back! read more

This place is great. Tina carries all of the latest trends for teens. My daughter LOVES to buy and sell at DOS Resale.

I'll never go back! The store had no air conditioning on a very hot day with only one fan running. I was perspiring while I was trying to try on summer tops. How many other people have been sweating while they're trying on the same clothes. Eww. Then when they rang up my sale I realized I was over my limit in my account. Tina said she canceled the transaction but I'm still waiting for my money to return to my account and it's been 4 days. read more

What a great shopping experience! We got lots of excellent fashion tips from the owner who clued us in on what to look for in upcoming trends. Just ask questions, she's very generous with her knowledge! She also took time to make sure the fit was "on point". She really knows her inventory and helped us find the items that fit: size wise, fashion wise and price wise. It was our first visit and I would gladly go again. DOS has on trend items to appeal to a wide range of tastes and ages: clothes, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry. read more

Sold and browsed at this boutique for the first time today. Tina was super welcoming and generous re: buying my things. She is also very particular so shoppers should feel good about the items she sells being of high quality and on trend. Would have loved to shop a store like this when I was in college or as a young professional! read more

Just sold a ton of my daughters Lululemon summer clothes and other activewear to DOS and I was treated with such respect and kindness from the owner. Plus, the store pays out the most cash amount to sellers compared to other places I've been. I was happily surprised at the amount of cash I received. I'm impressed and a big fan of the store in Clayton! Check it out for sure !! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! A friend and I were very eager to check out this new place we heard about on Facebook. We have been planning this trip for a week now, and we were so excited to see what it had in store. When we arrived, the owner had a condescending and mean undertone but we continued to shop because we were excited to see what sort of deals the store offered. We tried on clothing items and as we were getting ready to checkout, she accused us of stealing. We had no idea what she was referring to and when we asked about it, she would not give us any details about what alleged item was stolen. She threatened us with the police and said we were going to get arrested if we didn't return the alleged item. We offered for her to search us and our belongings but she declined. Even though she declined our invitation to search us, she persisted that we still had the alleged item. She said that she had it on video but when we asked to see it, she said no and continued to accuse us. Once she realized it was an error on herself, she did not apologize and continued to lecture us on how stealing is bad. Overall, I will never be returning to this establishment. I can't believe we were treated like criminals. We are women in our 20's, not some young kids. Again, I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK. read more

I shopped here a few months prior to this experience and I like the selection of clothing. When first entering the store I was not greeted because the owner was on her phone. She later greeted me. The clothes were cheap for the most part. Hollister jeans are $20. I spoke to the owner and told her I was looking to sell some shoes. I told her I wore a 5.5 and she said that she didn't sel that size but would be happy to look at my shoes and if she found something she liked then would make me an offer. I believed her. I came in Friday with a bag of shoes and as soon as I walked in, she was on her phone and just paused and stared at my bag with a dissatisfied look on her face. She told the person on the phone to hold on for a moment and I told her I was looking to sell some shoes. She told me to put the bag down and she would be with me in a second. That second literally turned into 6 minutes of her gabbing on the phone while I waited on her to assist me. I say gabbing because this was not a business related call. Whoever she was on the phone with, she kept calling them baby and telling them to get out of bed and talking about men. She finally got off the phone did not apologize for the delay and said she had 4 orders in front of me and I would need to leave them there and she would call me when she looked through them. Then she asked what size I wore and I told her a 5.5 and she immediately said she did not accept that size and and rushed me out the door and said that that saved both of us time. She was very rude and she has a problem with being on her cell phone. Don't take personal calls at work when you have 4 orders to look through that people dropped off. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. read more

We walked in to the boutique and the owner was on her cell phone and gave me and my girlfriend a look of surprise, barely greeted us, then proceeded to talk on the phone to her husband or spouse while we were waiting to talk to her. This went on for five minutes after we were in there. Once she gets off the phone she gives us a what's up and proceeds to tell us that she couldn't help us with our request because she was backed up four orders and she doesn't take our shoe sizes. I am very displeased with her services and venue. Call ahead is my best advice if you want to take this road. read more

I found DOS here on yelp and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at what I found in the cute boutique like resale shop. There were a bunch of different name brands (like lulu and vineyard vines;) and super cute clothes. The prices for everything were also great and basically a fraction of the price they normally would be. read more

Great shop for finding some awesome deals! So much stuff to choose from and Tina is just phenomenal at helping you find just the right thing! She knows her fashion! read more

They had a very good selection! Great prices! There are not a lot of resale stores in St. Louis so it's nice to know that this one had cute items at fair prices. I got two sweaters that were about $8 each. Their brands ranged from Hollister to H & M to Zara. The owner was super nice and helpful. Their Facebook page also stays very updated with pictures of their recent items. Street parking was easy to find. Meters are free on weekends and holidays read more

This boutique is hands down THE BEST resale shop in St Louis. What I like about shopping there is that everything is current and in style and Tina has great prices. She just introduced active wear so people can buy sell and trade all the active wear that we love (lululemon, Nike, Zella, Under Armour, North Face). Stop by....you won't be disappointed! read more

Great shopping experience. Lots of wonderful inventory of everything from scarves to shoes and a lot in between. The lotions and scrubs she sells are also amazing. read more

I've been in this store several times to sell clothing.. each time I tell myself I'm never going back bc the owner is rude and condescending. This time is my last!!! I don't support or respect ill-mannered people. Bye bye read more

Very rude and unprofessional, I've been in there since she had another store and she used to be friendly, idk what happened to her. But she's been rude to me since I walked in. I don't appreciate it. read more

Not impressed. This is my second time coming in. My previous trip was many moons ago when the store was located on Forsyth. The store is super tiny so there isn't much inventory. The clothing is a little overpriced. I feel like I can get better deals at platos. read more

Don't even bother with this store. The owner finally acknowledged me after about ten minutes of blatant disregard and when I asked her where the extra-large sizes were, she snarled, "I don't CARRY extra-large or plus-sized!" She then berated me even further by explaining how she ONLY specialized in smaller sizes, despite me telling her that not carrying extra large was discriminatory. Funny thing was, there were many non-clothing items that I would have been more than happy to purchase had she not been so rude and insulting towards anyone not worthy of her selection and I did not feel her store was worthy of my credit card. Must be nice to turn away business. read more

I have bought and sold many times. Purses, belts, dresses, skirts, blouses, tees, and jeans that store carries the latest fashions. Tina, the owner, is great. She has the great fashion sense and gives lots of $$$ when purchases. Time to clean out my closets with a big sale and pick up new items while I am there. read more

Went into the store because the window displays looked nice, but the woman who I later found out was the owner, was on the phone, she didn't have time to greet me or give me any advice. I tried several times to get her attention and all I got was a finger in the air. I'm sorry if you need to talk on your phone do it on your break or hire someone that will help your customers. Will not go there again. read more

This is a fun and trendy place to shop . You never know on a day to day what treasure you will find in this shop. Owner is helpful and has even occupied my 3 year old while I shopped which as a mom is amazing . People should go and experience this place for them selves . read more

If you have hours to spend looking through outdated clothes then come here.. Or if you feel like being criticized for the clothes you bring in to sell then by all means this is the place for you.. The owner is so stuck in her teenage years its sad. I brought my things in their and she nitpicked through each piece saying out loud every reqson she wouldnt want the item in her store. Quite rude and embarassing at the least. She needs to learn how to be professional because after that I will never go there again and I will make sure to let people know the same. read more
