Later, I was told the dress did not sell because the "sash was lost." It would have been nice to have heard, "Sorry, but we can't control theft." If you tell them what you are looking for they will guide you to the spot as well as show you some similar things that may interest you. There is one girl at the fitting rooms, I believe her name is Julie, who will help you with anything, whether you need an extra size, a different style, or just for her opinion. All the workers I have come into contact with there are excellent, and I appreciate how hard they work, and all the excellent clothes they have helped me pick out.

First, the store is large, handsomely laid out, and conveys the (correct) impression of high quality. I was approached by two salespeople who were very nice and very helpful. It pretty much screams high quality by your shopping experience. The items I selected were full price, and not inexpensive, but were clearly well made. At check out they were carefully wrapped and placed in a shopping bag (kudos for not appearing to charge for the bag and for not using plastic.) I would go back here in a moment. Factoring the dirth of high quality options in the Albany area it's nice to have this here.

The store is very clean, brightly lit, well organized, and nicely maintained. Prices aren't too bad either. Many items are of course at lower prices, and even some of the other ones are typically only a few cents more than I might pay in a local grocery store. Most of the right wall is frozen/refrigerated goods, with most of the basics. There's several aisles with clothing and seasonal stuff as well. This Family Dollar runs circles around some of the other ones I've visited in upstate New York.

Five Stars for amount of stock in this large store that was neatly organized and for the great staff! They were eager to provide assistance when asked. *When there was a customer in line as I was in process of checking out, another cash register was opened so she did not have to wait. *My cashier looked for additional discounts for me. *Prices are better than at the Gap and American Eagle. *Returns are processed quickly at store. Also, there is lots of continent parking. One improvement to this store and nearby Ulta would be to install automatic door openings (double doors) for better handicapped accessibility.
