I'm sure you're just tryin to return it but you could also be a stalker of hers, dude. He absolutely enjoyed flipping me the bird and calling me a bitch over and over when I did not meet his expectation of "niceness" from a stranger. He was enjoying it so much I had to warn him he was going to hit something two times, seriously question his driving capabilities with that attitude in tow. It was above and beyond the worst I've been treated by any "business" for his receptionist to call me back to curse at me. They really enjoy behaving this way and have no interest in improving. Any business knows word of mouth is the best advertising. Even bad ones know this. I sincerely hope he is reading this now. From there they took me and my new husband in a smaller Audi to the reception and let my maid of honor decorate it for us. After the reception they even helped us shuttle guests from Granby to Winter Park for the after party. So many moving parts and they did them all great!

When I tried to cancel, I was told that there was a 72-hour cancellation policy on the website, so my nearly $200 reservation was non-refundable. I've reached out to my credit card company. They told me that--although vendors routinely try to do it to cheat customers--ex post facto cancellation policies aren't allowed. If you book over the phone, the vendor must inform you about the cancellation policy over the phone. My credit card company is cancelling the charge, so I'll be made whole. That is, aside from the headache caused by Colorado Tour Transportation. Terrible.
