I received multiple texts stating "take me about three minutes to get there," "3 minutes," "I'm coming," etc. Yet the vehicle did not arrive until approximately 6:40pm. As an older traveler with mobility concerns, I hired a limo service specifically for peace of mind and reliability. The vehicle itself was fine, and I did ultimately get home safely. However, the delay and the inaccurate arrival estimates created unnecessary anxiety. When I contacted the company the next day to request acknowledgment and adjustment to their charge, I was told I had only waited three minutes and was informed I am no longer welcome to use the service. I'm sharing this experience for travelers who prioritize reliability and clear communication when arranging airport transportation.

You can trust them...you won't be stranded. There is a scarcity of affordable shuttles in the area and Uber/Lyft do not work too well. I got quotes from other people and this was the most affordable option we could find (shocking, yes). FYI their website says they charge $4 per mile if you are doing a ride from Summit County to outside of it. Keep in mind that this trip is calculate not from the origin point...but from THEIR origin point in Breckenridge, CO. This is very different from how taxis typically work... A trip from our starting point to Loveland Ski Area (a 13 mile one way ride). This route was separately quoted from two different members of his team. One person quoted $120 each way ($240 RT), the other person quoted $80 each way ($160 RT). Thankfully they were able to honor the cheaper route they quoted. That being said, we had a great time using this shuttle and it is very reliable. This is a great option if you are afraid of driving (some routes are pretty dangerous especially in snowy/windy conditions).

I was waiting to board the JUMP in Boulder on Saturday, 6/26/22. I let a disabled man on a cane go…read moreahead of me, then when I was about to get on, the driver said, "You. Move." There was a man in a wheelchair behind me who I hadn't seen. I moved aside for him (and would have done so if the driver had asked politely as well, instead of barking orders at me). The man in the wheelchair actually apologized to me, but I told him it wasn't his fault the driver was rude. When I tried to board again, the driver put out his hand and said, "Wait!" again, very rudely. I told him he was a jerk, and he started lecturing me about politeness (like HE knows anything about it). At that point I lost my temper and told him I had not even seen the disabled man, and to chill the F*** out. Then I opted to wait for the next bus, so I wouldn't have to deal with his PMS, or whatever was wrong with him. I reported the incident to RTD and asked for a follow-up call, only to be told that the case had been "closed out". So I made a new complaint, and was told that RTD was "sorry for the inconvenience", but they couldn't say any more than that. I asked if I could now ride the JUMP without being verbally abused by nasty, self-important drivers, but they wouldn't answer because that would be giving out information about their employees. They are willing to protect abusive drivers, but not the passengers who keep them in business. Pretty disgusting.

When the photographer came around, she asked my parents to move to a larger table so we could all squeeze in the picture. After the photo, my parents stayed at the new seats. When my son asked for water, we were all told that we were denied service for the remainder of the ride (another 45 minutes) because my parents had not returned to their seats after the photo, even though they'd never been asked to do so and two children had moved into their old seats when they got up. My 10 year old then had to watch all the other kids having hot chocolate and cookies while he wasn't "allowed" to have anything. The waitress also had the security guard sit with my elderly parents for the remainder of the ride so they didn't get out of line. So humiliating and unwarranted. It was honestly the most bizarre experience we've ever encountered. Santa seemed like he'd been drinking - saying weird things to the kids and to my husband. Very inappropriate. I spoke with Mark, the Commissioner in charge of the Georgetown Loop, and he immediately refunded our money. I do hope they change their staffing to better reflect the beauty and tradition of the experience.
