Endless Travel Biz, LLC travel agency is HORRIBLE. I would advise anyone thinking of using this company to BEWARE. The travel agent lacks in communication, if you are running a business which you are booking trips and collecting customer's money there should be a better communication process. I emailed the travel agent on March 2nd & 4th 2023 but she claims she responded to my emails on March 23, 2023 which is 20 days later? These companies are all about the money with no customer service skills. I called Shelly and gave her about a month's notice to find a nice beach spot in Florida on a bit of a budget. She emailed me within an hour recommending two great places, one on the east coast and one on the gulf coast. She wound up having to wrestle with the airline to get the flights we wanted, and she won out. Alison Barnes was wonderful to work with. I went on a solo trip in London, England and Rome, Italy. My flight from London to Rome was cancelled due to plane issues and Alison answered the phone at 1 am to help me get on another flight since the lines were so long. Most people were being sent back into London since almost all flights were cancelled. The hotels she booked for me were also lovely and in safe areas. It was stress free since she also took care of all of my transportation. I would defiantly book through Endless Travel with Alison again. read more

My experiences with this place are the exact reason why travel agencies are soon to be extinct!!! So enjoy the ride while it lasts...There are only 2 reasons that I can see to use a travel agent today: 1) you don't know how to use the internet and 2) you don't care about overpaying so you don't have to do the work yourself (which I can respect). I hate to write negative reviews, but I gave this place 2 chances, and I feel compelled. In brief, if you want to get ripped off and hear unfulfilled promises then this is the place for you. My wife and I travel a lot and I like giving my business to local companies, which is what I tried to do here twice, but all they did is show me how worthless this place is. I will always continue to support local businesses, just not this one, and I'll give my reasons why. First, we were traveling to Hawaii, and I already picked out the flights and hotel, so I found this travel agency online and gave them my business instead of booking online. Sheryl gave me a price that was higher than what I found myself (this should have been my hint to run but I didn't), so she matched the price I found and told me that she would "earn" my business by e-mailing her "contact" at the hotel and "try" to get us an upgrade, no guarantees. So I trusted her and let her book my trip. When we got to Hawaii...SURPRISE...nobody at this hotel (including the manager) ever HEARD of her or received any sort of e-mail. So I had to negotiate the upgrade myself, and got it for half price...maybe I should be a travel agent?! So much for the travel agency promise, which is what they sell you on, of "we'll be there for you to help out". BS!!! Fast forward to a week ago, stupid me decided to give them a second chance with our trip to Japan. I picked the flights I wanted and the hotels (so minimal work for agency) and was hoping to get a better price through the agency. Not only did it take them over a week to get back to me (I'm glad I didn't hold my breath) while Sheryl was contacting her "wholesaler" for the hotel. What a bunch of BS!!! With her so-called wholesaler her price was $2000...yes with 3 zeros...higher than what I found online!!!! What's even worse is when I confronted her about the price, she insulted my intelligence by asking me if I'm looking at the same flights/hotel!!!! What a nerve!!! I'm the one that gave you the flights and hotels!!!! Hello! I understand that she needs to make money so she can take all of her trips, but this is a complete SCAM that she tried pulling on me! I feel bad for all the people who didn't verify their prices that this agency ripped off over the years!! Earth to Endless Travel (and other agencies)...I know you've been in business for a while, but we have this thing called "internet" now, where a consumer can verify your prices, and thus see what you're trying to do!!! I know that back in the days we had to listen and trust the travel agents (what a shame) since we had no access to the info ourselves, but those days are long gone!!! I hope this agency becomes as extinct as the dinosaurs with their DISHONEST and UNETHICAL practices!! I sincerely HOPE that not all travel agencies are like this one (although I doubt it), so if you really want to use an agent go for it...just do yourself a favor, DO NOT use this one or you'll regret it. read more
