Instead of gathering all the information that they needed in 1-2 emails they went back-and-forth and continued to ask questions about how we wanted things and the type of digital image we needed to send for them to do the work. Nearly 20 emails later we finally got things situated. The final product looks very good and I'm happy with the results. Just wish things were a bit less challenging on the communication end. Also the invoicing isn't very clear and could be improved. As a business owner myself I realize that letting your customers know what the deposit is and what will be owed after is very important.
